This picturesque villa for four people is located in a quiet pine forest area with easy access to Pollensa and Alcudia.All accommodations in this property are on a single floor. A spacious open-concept kitchen overlooks the living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV.From the living room, a small arch leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds that share the only bathroom with shower and WC.Both rooms have air conditioning and a timer.Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and a door leading to the back of the property.This stone-clad property is south-facing and receives sun on the facade and pool area throughout the day. The well-maintained garden and lawn include a brick-built barbecue next to the 8 x 4 m pool with wide metal steps to facilitate entry and exit.A car is essential when booking this property.WiFi throughout the house.The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
