Welcome to our 45 m2 apartment in Valras-Plage! Our apartment boasts:

• 1 Bedroom: double bed
• Living Area: pull-out sofa, TV + private terrace or balcony
• 1 Bathroom: shower & separate toilet.
• Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. For easy clean-up, borrow our vacuum cleaner, available upon request.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food and Drink: Hungry? Sit on the patio at Restaurant Chez Maryse et Régis, a French restaurant we highly recommend close to the sea and a 5-minute drive from the resort. There are also a few pizza restaurants nearby.
• Outdoor Activities: When you’re done with the sun and surf, take the car to the city centre of Valras-Plage, a 2.8 km drive from the residence. For a fun outing, take in a concert at Le Palais de la Mer, a performance hall, just a 15-min drive.
• Places to See: Take the kids to Palais de la Maquette - musée Lego, a lego museum 2.8 km from the apartment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Dive into our outdoor swimming pool, open every day from 10 am to 8 pm from the beginning of April to the end of October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.
• Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit
• Beds can be made on arrival for €10
• Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week
• Bed linen and towels: €25
• End-of-stay cleaning: €40–€150 (depending on accommodation size)
• Wi-Fi (limited access) is free at the reception
• A cleaning kit is available for €3.90/ kit
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay.
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive.
