Welcome to our lovely flat with a wide seaview terrace exposed to the South at Grado Pineta, on the 1st floor with no lift, 30 metres from the beach. With two bedrooms, one double bedroom and a second one with two single beds, one windowed bathroom with shower box, a second bathroom with handbasin and WC, an equipped kitchen with a small balcony and a lounge area with a double sofa bed.
