Villa Costa by JS Villas

This lovely villa is located in the quiet area of ​​Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, approximately 15 minutes walking distance to the center and the beaches, and if renting a car, 5 minutes. The villa shares an entrance and barrier with Villa Vora, belonging to the same family, but it is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties.

Villa Costa has three rooms in total, with a capacity for a maximum of 6 people. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the others have two single beds, with their respective bathrooms with showers. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.) The cozy living room is located a few steps above the dining room, where there is another full bathroom, with a washing machine. The dining room has direct access to the covered porch, where you can find various outdoor furniture and another dining table, to spend time outdoors. The pool is closed with a fence, making it safer for families with young children. On one side of the house, you can find a stone barbecue, ideal for a family lunch or dinner.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.
