Villa Cassandra in Alcudia

Villa with a private pool in walking distance to the Playa de Muro beach. Villa Cassandra is a neat and pleasant house sleeping 4 to 5. It is in walking distance to all amenities. A rental car is not required.

The Alcúdia bay is stretching from Port d'Alcúdia to Can Picafort alongside a sandy beach of about 7 kilometres length. Villa Cassandra is located in Port d'Alcúdia at only about 800 metres walking distance to the beach. Shopping facilities, restaurant and other amenities are all in easy walking distance. A rental car is not required. Port d'Alcúdia offers everything necessary for a family holiday: leisure activities, nightlife, restaurants for every budget and a superb beach.

Alcúdia town is about 5 kilometres away and offers a fantastic, medieval old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and nice shops and boutiques.

Villa Cassandra has been recently renovated and newly furnished. It is a welcoming, colourful home and enjoys a lot of daylight throughout. All on one floor, the house comprises of an ample living area, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer from 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 08:00 am.

There is a sofa-bed in the lounge, which is available on request to sleep a 5th person.

Outside, the private swimming pool is set within extensive terraces with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs, providing an excellent privacy compared to the other properties in a similar location. All around the pool there are terraces to relax and sunbathe. There is an outdoor lounge and a shaded dinner table. Shades and 4 sunbeds are provided, as well as a barbecue and there is private parking for 1 car available on the grounds.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
