Large modern and exclusive private beachfront villa with sea views in Cala Blanca beach, in a very quiet area without noise disturbance, well connected, located 10 minutes from Ciutadella and close to numerous beaches and services such as boat rentals, restaurants , bars, supermarkets, public transport, etc. Perfect villa for family tourism, babies and children are welcome.

The villa was recently refurbished and is very well equipped with quality, it is ideal to accommodate up to 6 people with very nice spacious spaces. Private pool and garden perfect for bathing and enjoying the sun, the. garden and barbecue.

Well equipped garden with modern and numerous sun beds, two barbecues, one wooden and another gas barbecue, outdoor table and chairs for 6 people in barbecue area, private pool, several umbrellas. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and two kitchens, one on each floor!, WIFI, two large rooms, one on each floor, playground, ping pong, three televisions (dining room and a television in each room), nice garden, WIfi, includes bed linen, towels, prices all included.

Beautiful sea views fully equipped with all quality appliances and utensils, large sofas, video / music playback by pendrive / hard disk, bluetooth audio system, wifi, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, reading room facing the sea with beautiful views, sofa and chaise longue, modern equipped bathrooms.

On the ground floor, garden and private pool, large game room next to the pool with TV, ping pong table, large sofas, modern equipped bathroom, on the ground floor there is another kitchen equipped for comfort in the moments of enjoyment of the Pool, garden and barbecue, FREE WIFI.

The price includes bed linen, shower towels and beach towels, all included.

It is a very quiet and pleasant environment facing the sea. A few meters from the beach of Cala Blanca and very relaxing views over the sea. Very safe and pleasant residential area.

The villa is close to restaurants, the beach, leisure centers but none of them bothers with noise or other discomfort since the villa is in a very quiet area facing the sea.

The rent is for the whole house that is housing and plot, which obviously includes garden and individual pool.

The people in charge of the reception of the clients are friendly and collaborative so that the guests feel at home.

An ideal villa for your holidays in Menorca, we prefer family tourism, we have baby cots and high chair, if you need a baby carriage and avoid traveling with your request, we will confirm availability, electrical outlets with baby safety protection.

Our goal is that they are in our villa at home, here in Menorca the holiday destination that aspires to be the most eco-friendly in Europe.

Beautiful villa, large swimming pool ,well furnished and stunning sea views. Juan was a fantastic host and cared very much about ensuring we had a wonderful stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.

Minorca for ever

We had a great week in this villa. It is recently totally renovated and all is new in the villa! We feeled as like we won the lotto. Beautiful view over sea, snorkeling just across the street, supermarket and terrasses at 10 min walking, Ciutadella at 10 driving . What do you want more....

Nice area, great accomodations

Villa was very well equiped. Beach near by. Villa was very clean. ARea quiet. Restaurants near by or you can cook at home.Suggest you rent a car to get around. There are many villages and beaches within half an hour or so. You can travel one end of the island to the other in a little over an hour. Car rentals are really inexpensive.

A wonderful week

The property is fantastic. Pristinely clean. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Juicer, air fryer, Nespresso. It has EVERYTHING you need. 2 huge fridges, for 5, we only needed one. Great laundry space. Wonderful dining aspect. Plenty of seating which we loved. 3 large sofas! BBQ was great. Lovely pool area. Everything was easy, we loved the location. 6 mins by car to supermarket. 10-12 mins to town. Juan is a wonderful communicator, he made our trip so easy. Gloria met us at the house, showed us around made sure we were happy. To come all the way from New Zealand and to get what was promised was wonderful. I cannot rate this property or Juan highly enough. You need to experience this slice of paradise yourself. Thank you Juan for sharing your home.

July 2020 holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in the villa and the location is fantastic. The sea breeze and the great views helped to bring calm to an otherwise very different year so far. Juan couldn’t have been more helpful. From keeping in contact when we weren’t even sure that we would be able to have a holiday at all. To also keeping us posted as to what to expect when we got here. A short walk to the beach in the morning and an afternoon by the pool. What more could you ask for. Would definitely return.

We stayed as a couple for a full month in this beautiful villa in Cala Blanca. After a tough year, this was exactly what we needed. The place offered us peace, space, and comfort, it truly helped us recharge.The villa is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. Everything is well maintained and spotless. The living room is cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped (perfect for those who love to cook ). The sea view from the kitchen is phenomenal. With the doors open, you can even hear the waves.The bedrooms have good beds and air conditioning. We slept exceptionally well here.Outside is truly a dream: a large garden with a lovely private pool that we enjoyed every day. It felt like our own oasis. In the evenings, we often sat on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine, watching the sunset: pure magic.The location is perfect: in a quiet neighborhood of Cala Blanca, with the sea right at the doorstep. A supermarket and a few nice restaurants are within walking distance, so you have everything you need close by.Host Juan was very friendly, caring, and very responsive. We really felt welcome, and that made all the difference.This villa is an amazing spot on the stunning island of Menorca. We will definitely be back!

August 2022 - Cala Blanca

We have just come back from the most wonderful week in Juan's villa in Cala Blanca. The villa was way better than we had expected and the pictures truly do not do it justice. The villa was comfortable, well kitted out and we had everything we needed. The thing that really surpassed our expectations was the location. This villa has a view to the sea and within 2 mins you can be swimming in crystal clear waters of the nearby bay. It was magical. The pool was lovely too and plenty big enough for everyone. Within a 3 minute walk there are plenty of restaurants and bars on either side of the bay and beach making eating out effortless. Having everything so handy made a holiday with teenagers really manageable as they were able to head off and do their own thing. The huge downstairs games room with a ping pong table, speakers, kitchenette and loo also enable the teenagers to have their own space of an evening etc. The thing that also made our holiday seemless was the hospitality and attentiveness of the host Juan. Nothing was too much trouble and if you messaged him about anything you would get an immediate response. While there we had a problem with the wi -fi which we needed for our business. One phone call to Juan ( who was so apologetic) and the problem was sorted. He got on to the provider who detected a technical problem which was sorted immediately. We also had late evening return flights and Juan kindly let us stay in the villa until late afternoon so that we weren't hanging around the streets waiting to go home! All in all a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

Excelente villa totalmente recomendable, moderna, limpia, súper equipada con muy buena localización y vistas al mar. Excelente villa, vistas al mar preciosas, amplia, muy limpia, muy bien equipada, frente a la playa de cala Blanca y cerca de las mejores playas, retaurantes, en una zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada con todo. La comunicacion con el propietario Juan es ágil y siempre colaborador. Sin duda una experiencia magnifica que repetiremos. Menorca es preciosa y en una villa como esta ha hecho que sean unas vacaciones perfectas que repetiremos. La villa es mucho mejor que en las fotos. Le damos máxima puntuación en todo. Excelente villa, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Muy completa, muy limpia , con muchas comodidades premium. Todo han sido facilidades y Juan, el propietario es un excelente anfitrión siempre amable y dispuesto a colaborar. No hemos tenido incidencia alguna y nos ha encantado la ubicación, preciosas vistas al mar, la playa justo en frente De la Villa resultando una zona muy apacible tranquila y con restaurantes, supermercados , muchas facilidades cerca pero insuficientemente lejos para que no causen molestias, cerca de Ciutadella probablemente la población más bonita de la isla, una maravilla todo. Excelente villa con piscina , barbacoa, aires acondicionados y una reserva norme salón de juego abajo que es ideal para que nuestros hijos juegaran hay dos cocinas !!, una en cada planta !! En definitiva una experiencia maravillosa que recomendamos, sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Juan :)

Casa amplia y bien situada

La descripción de la casa en el anuncio se ajusta bastante bien a la realidad. El dueño se mostró accesible en todo momento y de manera muy servicial nos resolvió los pequeños problemas que surgieron a la hora de instalarnos. La distribución de la casa no es la óptima: la parte de abajo es completamente independiente de la de arriba, lo cual hace que en la práctica el baño de abajo sea más complicado de utilizar. El resto, perfecto.

Perfect Villa and Location

We just returned from a glorious week at Juan's villa in Cala Blanca. The villa is large, beautiful and comfortable with spectacular views. The beds are very good and the pool is a great bonus. The villa is just a few steps to Cala Blanca beach and you can walk to shops, market and restaurants. It's also perfectly situated to explore some other famous beaches including Turqueta and Macarella (about 25 minutes drive). Check in/out was easy and the whole process was very smooth.

Beautiful location, very attentive owner

We spent a lovely week in August in this villa. The owner, Juan, could not have been more attentive and helpful, to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The villa is in a beautiful spot with wonderful views over the sea and all local amenities within walking distance. The villa is very well equipped with a spacious kitchen and living areas and smaller bedrooms. We enjoyed lots of family table tennis, swimming in the pool and easily crossing the road to the sea. It's worth noting that the 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room is upstairs, then to access the second bathroom, you need to go outside, down the steps and into the downstairs area, so this is a bit trickier for those less mobile or during the night.

Impressive villa in prime location

This is a beautiful villa with contemporary finish in a fantastic location. We know the area well and this was our 4th visit to Cala Blanca for our summer holidays. The upstairs living and dining areas are very spacious and well appointed. The bedrooms though a little on the small side are perfectly adequate. Downstairs there is a large games / lounge area, which is great and includes another kitchen and bathroom, perfect during the day lazing round the wonderful pool. We encountered a few problems during our stay, none of which can be attributed to the owner. A faulty kettle was cutting the power out, wifi could not connect and one AC unit packed in. Juan the owner sorted these out as soon as possible and even sent us a bottle of cava for the inconvenience, very kind and much appreciated. Just a couple of negatives, on arrival the terrace around the pool did not appear to have been swept and there were a couple of areas where sticky drinks had been spilled and not mopped up. Also the charcoal BBQ had not been cleaned since it was last used. Again, I think people should make an effort to leave the place as they found it, as a courtesy to the next visitors. Just my opinion! We were also a little disappointed not to find a safe in a villa of this standard and also not to be able to access the roof terrace to gain an even better view of the area. The wonderful sliding doors on the first floor offer amazing views but they do NOT lock. Overall a fabulous property that makes for a perfect getaway in a great little resort. Would certainly recommend and hope to return. Many thank's to Juan and his staff!

Thanks for your commentary Gillian, Im happy to say there is a new safety box, one guest did ask for it and 2 days later it was in the vila, of course no extra charges for it to be used. We never told you could access to the top of the building terrace, all the pics in Homeaway have been taken from the 1st floor and those are the views you did enjoy during your holidays, the sea views form the 1st of the building are really amazing all people enjoy them son much. About the cleaning I did talk to the always helpful girl in charge of the vila and won't happen again , she was really shocked about this. She is great and always helpful and never happened before, both of us ares shocked about it. Unfortunately things break down, kettle , aircondition (2 years old) if you remember we needed technical service about the electric problem, a couple of hours later an electricity man was in the vila and he told us it was because the broken kettle, sobyou inmidialely had a new kettle and no electric problem at all, about air condition, the same as soon you told us the tecnician came to you inmidiatelly but unfortunately we had to wait because they needed a piece of the air condition they didn't have in menorca and it happened during the Fiestas of San Juan when in ciudadela nobody works, was really stressful for me can't Be faster to fix the air condition , and delays because the fiestas, of course aircondition (which is 2 years old ) works perfectly now, there is air condition in all bedrooms of course. Sorry about that, we did our best. I have learned a lot about your commentary and of course we will act. I would add that the vila, the area where the vila is, and menorca in general is really SAFE AND PEACEFULLY PLEASANT and perfect for family holidays be that all in the vila is new and modern, another very important thing for us is to be fast and helpful when our guests need anything for them to enjoy a high quality and modern vila in a nice area and nice sea views. Amazing

Well what can I say? The views are just amazing! The villa is wonderful. Very comfortable, well equipped and very clean! The pool was great and very warm. We did have great weather but we have had such a wonderful time staying at the villa. Juan is just the perfect host. He responded to any calls immediately and any issues were resolved instantly! Thank you Juan , we have had the most wonderful holiday. Lovey meals at very good restaurants too!! 😀😀 thank you
