Swallows Barn is a marvellous barn conversion sitting in Walton near Chesterfield, Derbyshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The three bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a twin with an en-suite and an external ground-floor super-king-size with sitting area and en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Additionally, you will find a kitchen, living/dining room with electric fire, conservatory/dining room, sunroom, summerhouse and external utility. The kitchen hosts an electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The external utility hosts a fridge/freezer and washing machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, Bose Surround Sound System and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for five vehicles, a large front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and an enclosed rear, multi-level garden with patio and furniture. The central heating is powered by gas, and there is an electric fire. The fuel and power are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price. Sorry no pets or smoking are allowed here. The shop rests 1.3 miles away and the pub is set 0.4 miles away. Note: There are stone steps in both gardens, please take care.
