Swallows Barn is a marvellous barn conversion sitting in Walton near Chesterfield, Derbyshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Swallows Barn has 3 beautiful rooms.
In the main Barn you will find - 1 x ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, bidet and WC. 1 x twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Also a Cloakroom with basin and WC. In the delightful annex 'The Nest' with it's own private entrance, 1 x double bed, small lounge and en suite bathroom. Gas central heating with electric fire - Fuel and power inc. in rent. Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. External utility. Conservatory/dining room. Sunroom, Summerhouse. Living/dining room with electric fire. Smart TV, Bose Stereo Surround Sound, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Child Friendly - Cot and High chair provided, please bring own linen for these. Large front garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Rear enclosed multi-level garden with patio and furniture.
