The spacious 4-room top floor flat offers space for up to 4 people.
The staircase to the attic leads from the hallway to the large master bedroom with flat screen TV as well as the shower room and the two single bedrooms with connecting door.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, microwave oven, dishwasher and a 2-burner ceramic hob.
From here you enter the bright living room with couch, stressless-relax armchair and large flat screen TV with DVD player. Table and chairs await you on the sunny south-facing balcony.
