PELION HOMES | Villa DIONI relajarse en una villa tranquila con una pequeña piscina de enfriamiento

La villa 'DIONI' (en la mitología griega, ella es la madre de Afrodita) !!, fue creado con mucho cuidado.
Está situado en un hermoso lugar con vistas a la bahía de Pagasitikos, sin interrupción de la vista.
Se puede llegar a la plaza del pueblo a pie a través de un camino en 10 'y en coche en 2'.
La casa en sí de 76m2 tiene arriba dos dormitorios. Uno con una cama doble y baño en suite. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales + baño. Los colchones y las sábanas de las camas individuales son de gran calidad. Todos provienen de la famosa compañía de tapetes COCO.
En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de estar con chimenea, cocina abierta con todo el equipamiento necesario y un pequeño W.C. que se puede utilizar para una ducha rápida, si una quinta persona ocupa uno de los sofás de la sala de estar.
Afuera, hay tres espacios diferentes, donde uno puede descansar, jugar, disfrutar de la vista. Para los niños pequeños hay una piscina de refrigeración (3,00X3,00X0,70 m).
La terraza con jardín es de 150 m² aprox. mirando a la bahía. La casa tiene un área de estacionamiento cubierto.
En el período de verano, nuestros huéspedes también encontrarán equipos para la playa. (1 sombrilla, 2 colchones de mar, 2 colchonetas de playa y 2 asientos de playa)
Es un lugar único para quienes disfrutan de unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes.

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL:
Estación de esquí (Hania-Agriolefkes) 1 hora.
Las playas más cercanas (Kato Gatzea, Afissos, Kala Nera, Paradise, en aproximadamente 10 a 25 minutos).
Dónde comer: en el pueblo. 'Agiorgitiko, el lugar de Stefani, Kyra Hrisoula, Rahi, Paliovigla', I Platia mas.
Excursión de un día a Kaiki (barco) desde Kala Nera a Trikeri
En Pilion puede abordar el famoso antiguo Pilion Train y disfrutar de un viaje de belleza única. Esta línea ferroviaria fue construida en 1895 por el padre del famoso pintor Giorgio de Chirico.
Su ubicación es tal (mirando hacia el sur), que se puede llegar fácilmente a las playas del Golfo de Pagasitikos (RIVERA BEACH, etc.) y las playas más hermosas de Grecia, en el mar Egeo. Playas de Lambinou, Milopotamos, Fakistra, Xinovrisi (o Potistika) Agioi Saranda y más. Además, uno puede disfrutar de todas las estaciones en esta casa, observar los hermosos colores del otoño o las refrescantes flores de la primavera. El verano es ideal para sentarse y tomar su desayuno o cena, mientras que en invierno puede estar abrigado y acogedor frente a la chimenea, hornear castañas y leer un libro.
En 5 minutos a pie se puede llegar a la plaza del pueblo y los restaurantes.
En 15 minutos a pie se puede llegar al maravilloso bosque de castaños.
Qué más se puede pedir, pero estar tan cerca de la naturaleza mientras se disfruta de una gran vista panorámica de las montañas y la bahía de Pagasiticos.
También puedes visitar los monasterios de Meteora.


Ocupaciones
EXPLORANDO LAS MADERAS CERCANAS Montar a caballo, tener un guía contigo y explorar el bosque a 15 minutos de la casa a pie. (a pedido) .
Además, si le interesa caminar con sus amigos, existe una maravillosa red de senderos de burros de piedra que se remontan a cientos de años conocidos como 'KALDERIMI'. Para obtener más información, visite el sitio www. pasarelas com
Y PARA LOS NIÑOS:
Puede llegar al bosque con los niños en 10 minutos a pie, donde pueden jugar y recoger todo tipo de flores (Pelion tiene alrededor de 2500 diferentes tipos de plantas que se encuentran. Cerca de la madera, también hay una granja y una taberna con pequeños ponies para montar a caballo (Paliovigla es el nombre del lugar).
Cuando vuelves a la casa desde la playa, los niños pueden continuar sus juegos de agua en una pequeña piscina de plástico en el jardín.

Romantisches Häuschen mit umwerfendem Ausblick

Nach dem abenteuerlichen Anfahrtsweg wird man mit einem umwerfenden Ausblick belohnt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen...selbst der Kühlschrank war mit regionalen Produkten gefüllt. Alles war extrem sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr,sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed in Villa Dioni and it was a great experience, The house was very clean and well kept with everything needed for the perfect vacation. The location was excellent close to several beaches and a perfect staring point for hikes. We will definitely go back.!

Great house, great place, great hosts!

This place ist just amazing!! The house has the perfect size for a small family, we were two adults and two children. It is beautiful decorated, very cozy and fully equipped. Bed and pillows are very comfortable! The terrace overlooking the sea andthe small pool were our favorite places! We really enjoyed cooking, having BBQ and drinks there!! We also enjoyed having tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden and some fresh Greek products that are also available in the house. It is our second time there and we will love to book it again! It is the perfect place for people who enjoy mountains and sea! We were discovering the surroundings and every two days we were driving between forty minutes and one hour to beautiful beaches!! Dimitri and Stathis know the region very well and have tips for every plan, they are fantastic hosts. We were in very nice beaches and restaurants thanks to their tips!! Close to the house ( ten minutes walking) there are very good options to eat, specially the restaurant under the big old trees is great with children and you find simple and good food.

Villa Dioni: a gem to discover

Villa Dioni is a great place for a holiday. Stathis was most helpful from the very first moment and all through the process. His directions to the villa (with pictures of intersections) were a great helpThe villa was equipped with all the amenities advertised and the welcome breakfast basket with many other local goodies were greatly appreciated. When travelling we like to cook our evening meals in our rental home. The kitchen was well equipped with quality kitchenware and the garden provided herbs even though it was October. We loved Pelion Peninsula and Villa Dioni is great location to travel to Volos, Meteora Monasteries and to the villages of the Peninsula. The patio with the view of the bay and the sunsets were just what we needed after travelling to different sites. Lina was always available to answer our questions and response was very fast. We would definitely recommend this home to future visitors who want to visit Pelion.

A beautifully situated and wonderfully welcoming villa

We were new to Pelion and to the property but we will definitely be back! The villa was beautifully kept and Stathis and his team had clearly gone out of their way to make it comfortable. The bedrooms were lovely, the efficient air con and the insect screens on the windows made a Northern European family very happy and the layout of the whole villa worked perfectly. As others have said the views are stunning. Everyone we met was kind and friendly but Stathis really took this to a new level. He was always on hand with advice and he went far above and beyond what I would expect to make our stay memorable. The private dining at home made a special occasion very special indeed and if we had been there longer his other ideas for outings and foraging/cooking in the woods sounded lovely. Next time! The children loved the cooling off pool which was maintained every day and we will all remember the sailing trip for a long time.

The location is perfect with amazing views, great nature around, seaside in proximity and very good taverns in the picturesque village. The house is perfect for a family with kids, equipped with everything we needed, decorated with style and comfort, super clean and with a great garden with sea view. A perfect stay overall. un accueil formidable, une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé avec nos trois enfants un séjour formidable dans cette charmante maison décorée avec gout, parfaitement agencée et possédant tout le confort adapté à nos besoins. Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de nos hôtes très attentionnés qui ont su resté disponibles et de très bon conseil pendant tous notre séjour. La végétation luxuriante, les vues spectaculaires entre mer et montagnes nous ont conquis. En alternant plages et excursions nous avons profité de cette magnifique région , nous gardons un très bon souvenir de la visite des Monastères des Météores. Côté restaurant, bar, rendez vous sur la place de chaque village du Pélion, à l'abri d'immenses platanes. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de nous suivre et de passer à votre tour un séjour magnifique à la villa Dioni...

like a boat over the sea

We had a very welcoming arrival, Stathis and Dimitris are charming people who care for their guests. The house and the garden are feng shui places where you really can relax, no noisy roads and above all a magnificent view. The house was clean and a multitude of details make you feel welcomed . We didn't know the Pelion , we discovered it for the first time and fell in love with the beauty of its landscapes . The only thing you have to know is that Pelion is a mountain region so you drive at 30km/h and distances are often longer that you thought. We spent a fantastic week and I definitively recommend the house.

Lovely house, perfect location!

We just loved the house! It is very tasteful, well equipped and practical. Outside the house there is a lovely space to relax on the benches full of pillows and enjoy the amazing views! And after a hot day we cooled off in the small pool. Pelion is beautiful, we loved the environment, the small villages, the mountains, the beaches and the hikes. Stathis, the owner, provided lots of information before and during our trip and made us feel very welcome. He is a wonderful host and knows what hospitality means! Oh, and not to forget, the regional wine in the house (especially the red one) was delicious!

Everything was perfect

We spent one month in Greece and our best souvenir is our week in the house of Stathis in Pelion ! The house and the pool are great, the view is amazing and you will be able to explore all the peninsula : charming villages very close, great hikes and wonderful beaches on the east coast... Stathis was very nice, giving good advices and making his best for us to spend good holidays ! We'll come back !

Great house, great Pelio, great holidays

We rent this house for 2 weeks in July 2017 with my wife and 2 young children (3 and a half and 18 months / years old). The house is exactly as described on the site, and even better: it is very nicely built and decorated, very well equipped and easy to live, with many nice details. The outside is nicely designed, with many spots to rest or play, and the view from the garden on the gulf is wonderful (beautiful sunsets). Also there is a vegetable garden on the back from which we enjoyed tomatoes, zucchinis and cucumbers almost on a daily basis. The little pool is wonderful for 2 young kids: it is 80cm deep, and both were able to touch the bottom with their feet, which made them very confident about being in the water – but one has to be very careful: it is still a pool and we had to watch them continuously... And for the adults, it is a great way to refresh yourself after a hot day at the beach or on a trip! We moved around the Pelio a lot, and I miss this region: it is beautiful and unexpected, which made our holidays quite special: you can spend the day on a hot beach and then have a dinner in a cool mountain village, under a huge plane tree. Of course, I have to mention the warm welcome of Stathis and his father Dimitri, who gave us numerous tips and good advice – in perfect English and French. When we arrived the kitchen was well stocked with quality food (olive oil, tea, jam, pasta, feta, fruits…), and we were given a wonderful homemade guide on Pelio (I don’t think there is another host in Greece who made such a great guide about his region!). It was hard to leave Villa Dioni !

A pleasurable stay in Villa Dioni in Pelio

Villa Dioni is located in a traditional village of Pelion named Agios Georgios. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village. With regard to villa Dioni, the house has an amazing view, combining forest and sea. The house provides a spacious garden in which you can relax or have your beakfast mainly in summer. As for the interior, the house is commodious, well decorated and also well equipped satisfying all your needs. What i liked the most was the fact that the house had many food supplies, most of them traditional, like honey, bread, tea and handmade marmalade, all free of charge! I found the price reasonable compared to what was provided. The owner named Stathis was friendly, helpful and he gave us useful information about which places of Pelion are worth visiting and recommendations regarding where to eat.If i visit Pelion again , i will undoubtedly opt for Villa Dioni!

A homey feeling in a magical place

Only three hours away from our home, we found another place to call home. Everything was thoroughly designed to make us feel welcome and the house was equipped with care to the last detail. Warm, surrounded by beautiful nature, Dioni was a lovely surprise and a great setting for our family to spend some quality time together.

Fairytale House

Perfect house: clean and decorated with taste. Perfect location: the view is beautiful and the situation allows to travel easily around Pelion. We went every day to another beach. The region is calm and beautiful. Perfect customer service: Very welcoming and helpful people.

Very nice place, full comfort, ideal for vacations

We had wonderfull time at Villa Dioni enjoynig fresh mountain air, beautiful views and feeling like home. Fantastic views and service

Spent nine days at Villa Dioni with my wife, and two other adults. Really enjoyed the villa, especially the views, and in fact spent a few days more or less totally at the villa as we liked it so much - used the grill to prepare the dinner etc. The service was excellent, thanks to the host, Dimitri, who gave us valuable guidance and provided assistance in the few problems that we encountered. The whole of Pelion peninsula was fabulous, the nature was beautiful, and the beaches (Milopotamos, Kala Nera, Afissos) extremely nice. Liked also the morning hikes around the village and along the narrow-gauge railway. The only minor problems were that the 3Gb limit of the Wifi was used up quite quickly (Dimitri provided help also here) and that the village of Agios Georgios does not have any shops, so a car is necessary (we had one so no real problem)

Magnificent family holidays

We had chosen Thalia villa for our first summer vacations with our twins and we couldn't imagine a more ideal property for that. Well-organised & perfect equipped villa with a breathtaking view to the entire Pagasitikos Bay is the ideal selection to explore the endless natural beauties of Mount Pelion. Highly recommended!

We (2 adults, 1 toddler) stayed at this absolute gem of a house for two weeks in August-September. We were pleasantly welcomed by Stathis, who showed us the house and gave us information about the area, surrounding villages and beaches. The house is comfortably sized and charmingly decorated and we found it in impeccable condition, with all the amenities you can wish for and more. We were delighted to find the tray with tsipouro and homemade jams and the information booklet made by the host. The location of the house is gorgeous; it is set on the mountainside and offers an amazing view of the Pagasetic Gulf. It is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. We much enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area next to the pool and eating breakfast on the terrace. Our toddler LOVED the cooling pool (which is actually quite spacious!) and we spent many lazy afternoons enjoying it. The village of Agios Georgios Nilias is pretty and unspoilt, as are the neighboring villages. We regularly walked from the house to the main square of the village (10 minute walk), to have coffee and lunch or dinner. We actually spent most of our evenings having dinner at a village taverna: the local food is incredible! We found that the nearest beach (on the Pagasetic Gulf) could be reached in 20 minutes. It took us about 40 minutes to reach the nearest beach on the east coast of Pelion. At our departure, we met Dimitris and Maria, who were absolutely lovely. We had an unforgettable stay at this house and highly recommend it to lovers of both mountain and sea, who are looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful and authentic location. Thank you Stathis, Dimitris and Maria for being such kind and dedicated hosts. You really made us feel at home in Villa Dioni!

Perfect!

Villa Thalia was simply perfect. Situated in the mountain of Pelion, it was a beautiful getaway from the hot temperatures and busy roads nearby the sea. The villa is spotlessly clean, very wel equipped in traditional Pelion style. The owner was very helpful, kind and flexible. On arrival all essentials including milk, bread, cheese etc where present to get us started but also tradional made sweets and marmalade. The villa is suitable for all seasons. There are plenty of hiking, moutainbiking, swimming or simply relaxing in the garden opportunities. We stayed there with our two children of 5 and 6 years old. I would certainly recommend the villa to my friends.

Great holidays

Our family including 3 children stayed in a wonderful place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If you prefer tranquil, very relaxing holidays, it is a perfect place. That doesn't mean there's nothing to do. Excellent, sandy beaches with tavernas are just 30 minutes down the mountain, picturesque ones a bit further away. Sightseeing includes among others beautiful villages to explore, some andient sites and the monasteries of Meteora are about 2 hours away. There are other activities such as diving or going on a boat tour, which we didn't do, as we didn't have enough time. The house is fully equipped and very nicely furnished. Attention is given to details. The pool is not big, but enough to cool down and to play around. You can reach the center of the village on foot in 5-10 min to have dinner or a beer or coffee All in all it is a place you will remember with very find memories. We can also imagine the place to be great in spring or autumn. The fire-place would invite you to spend the evening with a glass of wine.

Wonderful-Perfect Vacation

The villa is wonderful. Everything in perfect condition! The house is beautiful, the garden (with fresh vegetables!!!), the little swiming pool. It was so relaxing and great to stay there!!! Someone (the Cataropouloses) really payed attention to all details - from big till small. It was beyond all expectations! Thank you!

The house has a unique advantage .
Its location is such (looking south) ,that you can reach easily the beaches of Pagasitikos Gulf (RIVERA BEACH etc) and the most lovely beaches of Greece ,in the Aegean sea. Beaches of Lambinou, Milopotamos, Fakistra, Xinovrisi (or Potistika) Agioi Saranda and more. In addition, one can enjoy all seasons in this house, observe the beautiful colors of autumn, or the refreshing blooms of spring. Summer is ideal to sit out and have your breakfast or dinner, while in winter you can stay warm and cosy in front of the fireplace, baking chestnuts and reading a book.
In 5 min walking you can reach the square of the village and the restaurants.
In 15 min walking you can reach the wonderful chestnut forest.
What more one can ask but to be so close to nature while enjoying vast panoramic views of the mountains and Pagasiticos bay.
You can visit also the monasteries of the Meteora .
