“Vialenc” is one of the last architectural colonial villas of the island. It is located has on an exceptional location at the entrance of Gustavia harbour. The villa dominates the harbour entrance, and the ocean view toward the sunset. The villa has been renovated recently and its colonial style has been protected with exotic wood floor, high ceilings, and four posted mahogany beds. All the shops, restaurants, and bars of Gustavia are accessible by walking from the villa. Traffic in Gustavia and the style of the villa with its openings with louvered wooden generate noise in the villa. Villa “Vialenc” could be rented with the flat next door “Ostra Strangatan” and becoming together a 05 bedroom property.
