On the ground floor, the kitchen is large, bright and well equipped; here there is also a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, an autonomous area with a study, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a lounge with fireplace, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, other 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath and 2 with showers.
The pool is big, with a nice area with sunbeds, where you can sunbathe, have fun and enjoy the beautiful view, in total privacy.

Just a few minutes away, you will find Cagli, one of the most beautiful villages of this area, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

From here you can discover the surroundings through paths and itineraries by bicycle or on foot, or if you prefer, the historic center of Cagli, rich in history and palaces to visit, the peculiar defensive tower (Torrione) and the spectacular Duomo. Not too far away you will also find the wonderful Furlo Gorge, the Monastery of Fonte Avellana, the Castle of Frontone and the bathing rivers.. a spot not to be missed!
