Whereas I am delighted to hear that you had a lovely time and really enjoyed the villas location and apart from some soft furnishings, its overall amenities, I am sincerely very sorry to hear that the said suite of sofas in the main living area, along with one of the 4 fridges, which were ordered and due to be replaced, had not arrived before your stay, please kindly understand that every year without fail and sometimes twice a year, a general revamp and upgrade of the villas furniture & decor takes place, said suite of furniture, which had been on order since October, has not arrived on the island yet, despite being ordered 4 months ago, will arrive on Tuesday next 4th Feb '25. The integrated kitchen fridge, which as we know was found to be faulty on your arrival, has been replaced on Monday 6th January last. I do apologise, that it happened to be your booking that experienced the present somewhat worn suite of sofas, as they are, but please accept that this is what becomes of such high end expensive furniture in a very short time in a high volume luxury rental property, the new suite, which has been made to order and customised for the specific spaces, when it arrives from Valencia, despite its high quality and just how very very expensive it is, will barely last a year as well. All that being said, I accept that no excuse is good enough and cannot apologise enough, and we are looking forward to having you all again.
