For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the lowest off peak seasonal dates, the minimum 1 bedroom rate for one of the combined villas is €1035. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1335, the 3 bedroom rate is €1635 and the 4 bedroom rate over said dates €1935, please kindly note that should you need more than 4 bedrooms up to which point you are being priced for 1 of the combined villas, then because you need more than 4 bedrooms the second of the combined villas would be required, and automatically the full minimum property rate of €7200 would apply.
