The staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two double bedrooms with bathroom (shower), and a spacious living room / kitchen, with access to the terrace that leads to the gardens and to the shared solarium and pool area.

Excellent location, no car required.

We couldn’t be more lucky with the weather, so our holidays couldn’t be better. The temperature in the pool was just right, however the deep part had no shallow end, therefore not good for non and not confident swimmers. Pool area also lacked in any shade. Accommodation was basic, but enough. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen equipment standard for a holiday rental. The area was perfect for my family, as we didn’t have a car. It was close to the beach, shops etc. Over all we had a comfortable stay.

Just returned from two weeks the property was wonderful everything you needed spotlessly clean pool was great location great and very quiet at night only one little niggle parking was quite difficult but if you didn't have a car it's perfect

Superb apartment close to everything you need without needing a car

We've just got back from 2 weeks in this apartment. Having 3 kids in school and a teacher wife holidays are expensive! But booking this apartment and flying Ryanair it made it affordable! The Cons first (1) Aircon only in Lounge/Diner and master bedroom and you have to feed a metre with Euros for it to work. However you only need it really at night so put it on low and Euros last well (2) Showers are weak and not easy to get to right temperature.... but get you wet and clean! (3) Wifi very hit and miss....cdont expect kids to be able to download games etc (4) No oven but hob and microwave so cooking ok That's it! The Pros.... €20 from airport in a taxi Location... central :- 5 minute walk to beach and the new er front 5 minute walk to the Old harbour where there are beautiful restaurants with incredible views Lidl about 10 minute walk away Other smaller supermarkets 2 minute walk away Shopping centre 5 minute walk away Everything you need very easy to get to You dont need to hire a car local buses and water bus are great and trips to the volcanoes etc easy to book and pick up 2 minutes walk away! The apartment .... fantastic clean and lovely Pool beautiful pretty much have it on your own Plenty of sunbeds too Loads of towels in the apartment You want for nothing Yaiza the lady who owns it is brilliant... anything you need she'll get....the parasol had broken a new one arrived the following day! You will not go wrong if you book this apartment! I'd go back tomorrow, We had a fantastic holiday

Lovely House in a prime location

Lovely 3 Bedroomed Apartment in an ideal location for the great restaurants and easy walking distance to the old Harbour and strip but quiet enough. Only a few minutes walk to the great shopping centre called the Biosphere. Bedrooms very spacious and lovely top and ground balcony with enough outdoor furniture. The Owner Yaiza was always very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and came round when we were having difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi. would highly recommend this apartment. Correcte verhouding kwaliteit/prijs

Het appartement was netjes. Zeer goede bedden. Voldoende ruimte. Geen vaatwasser, dat vond ik een tekort, zeker voor 5 personen. Er is wel een wasmachine. Zwembad ok en erg dichtbij. Uitzicht terras gelijkvloers teleurstellend door hoge bedrading van tennisvelden van het lager gelegen sportcentrum. Wel redelijk uitzicht op zee op het terras van de hoofdslaapkamer. Douches liepen slecht door. Eigenaar niet gezien en moeilijk bereikbaar, wel erg vriendelijk aan de telefoon.

Fantastic apartment

Just back from a weeks stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. It's an excellent location within walking distance of everything you could want, the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bike hire and the old town and harbour. I couldn't highly recommend this enough. Thank you.

Lovely and clean, right next to everything you need for a holiday. Pool was kept lovely and clean.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. Great location, pool was clean and lots of sun beds available. The only thing I would say, when there is 6 of you, more comfortable seating is needed, the sofa is ok but you can't fit six people on it. Two have to sit on the dining table chairs which are ok for eating but not suitable for anything else. Too hard and uncomfortable. Bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms very clean, towels provided. WiFi was great while staying there, kept in contact with home easily. Would definitely recommend. We would hire again.

Fabulous 3 bed apartment

just the best 3 bed apartment we hav ever stayed in. Very clean and tidy. Lovely and quiet area but only 5 minutes from town. Can easily walk down to harbour in ten minutes and take the sea taxi to calero. The pool area was clean the only downside is the pool temperature, it’s a bit chilly for us but it’s november so we expect that.

Geweldig

Het was geweldig , mooi appartement ,heerlijk zwembad en de ligging was prachtig overal dichtbij. Dicht bij de boulevard het heerlijke strand het mooie winkelcentrum en vlakbij restaurants waar je heerlijk kon eten . Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug .

A great apartment!

An excellent and spacious apartment located on the edge of the old town - with great bus links to Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise. Beaches are an easy 5 minute walk. South facing, it's a real sun-trap! Still very warm in October / November which makes the well maintained pool even more attractive.

Ein sehr sauberes und hochwertig ausgestattes Appartment. Die Größe ist toll. Der Pool war nie voll, oft hatten wir ihn für uns allein, im Juli! Das liegt daran, dass es eine eher private Anlage ist, denke ich. Gegenüber ist direkt ein großes Tennis-Zentrum. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Strasse gefunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei!

Spacious, clean and in an excellent location

We stayed here for 11 nights and enjoyed a great holiday. The apartment was very big and there was loads of space for 4 of us. It was furnished to a high standard and was the cleanest apartment we have stayed in. It is situated in a great location for both old and new town. The beach is a short walk away. There is also an abundance of excellent restaurants nearby. Yaiza was a pleasure to deal with and he responded very quickly to any emails. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, spacious apartment, responsive host

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Yaiza responded very quickly to any questions I had before arrival and we had no problems during our stay. We rented a car for the week and had no issues finding a space close to the apartment, despite how centrally located it is. It is an easy walk to the old town, long beach or playa chica. The pool was lovely and having two showers and two toilets was handy. The only improvement I would make is to perhaps increase the basic facilities, there were only 4 glasses and no left overs from previous guests like salt and pepper, washing up liquid, loo roll etc. There is a microwave and hob but no oven. There are many good restaurants nearby, we would recommend the Italian which backs onto the sports centre and the tapas bar in the shopping centre, both of which are less than 5 minutes from the apartment. In summary, we enjoyed our stay, we were comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you Yaiza.

Brilliant

Lovely apartment, close to beach, bars and restaurants

My family and i spent 2 weeks here at the end of August. The apartment was perfect for us, it is only a 5min walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants in the centre are also within walking distance. It has a shared pool but we pretty much had it to ourselves for the full 2 wks, it generally got busy around 5pm. The apartment owners were very helpful and responded to any queries straight away. We arrived quite late at night so the owner wasn't available to meets us but they gave us very detailed instructions on how to access the property and we did so with no problems at all. I would definitely stay here again and would reccomend to friends and family.

Large town house Puerto del carmen

Me and my wife are just back from a weeks holiday in Puerto del carmen the large house is only 5 mins walk from the old town it's ideal for all the restaurants and bars and its situated in a one way street in a residential area so it was very quiet both balconies are sun traps the only problem that we had was it was the last week in March when we where there and it was cold at night and you needed a blanket on the beds there was none the owner was very helpful and easy to contact and I'm sure if I brought this up he would have made some arrangement but as it was only me and my wife there we just used bedding off other beds if me and wife Go back to Lanzarote we would stay here again .

sehr zufrieden

Schöne Wohnung, groß, alles neuwertig. alles in der Beschreibeng war vorhanden und hat gepasst. Gegenüber ist eine Sport- und Tennisanlage. Wenn da Sportkurse stattfinden ist auch mal Musik zu hören. Innerhalb einer Woche war zweimal ein einstündiger Zumba-Kurs mit sehr lauter (Party)-Musik, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ansonsten ist es aber ruhig und man hört zwischendurch nur ein paar Leute Tennis spielen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Perfecto para alojarse en Lanzarote

Nos alojamos seis personas en este apartamento durante una semana. Todo es tal y como se ve en las fotos (tres habitaciones dobles, dos baños completos y cocina abierta con sala de estar), está nuevo y limpio y teníamos bastante espacio para todos. Desde la terraza superior (en la habitación de matrimonio) se ve el mar y desde la de abajo (en la cocina-sala de estar) se accede a la piscina. Es muy tranquilo, no nos molestó ningún vecino ni tampoco el centro deportivo. La situación del mismo es muy buena, está a un paso del puerto y a otro de la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario muy cerca como por ejemplo supermercados, restaurantes... También tuvimos un coche de alquiler y aparcamos sin problema todos los días. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

very nice house

We spent 2 lovely weeks in that comfortable and nice furnitured house. For 4 persons there is plenty of space. It is more or less quiete there, only sometimes the tenniscenter next by had musicparties for several hours. We heard them three times during our stay, but didnt feel disturbed. The pool is nearby and clean. The owner offered us their help concerning all our questions and we also could borrow stuff, when we missed it in the kitchen. Everything inside is new and also the beds were really comfortable. Only some minutes walk to the beach, downtown, a shopping center and the supermarket. Also a german bakery is nearby. We love to come back again!
