Cozy studio in Halkidiki - two minutes walk to the beach
Our property is a summer "VACATION HOUSE" and provides three private accomodations: One cozy apartment and two self catering studios. All three provide a full equiped kitchen, fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettler, private bathroom with hot water all day long, dg tv, free Wi-Fi, air condition, ceilling fan, hair dryer and direct access to a private spacious balcony-veranda with a wonderfull view to the garden and the total green pine forest.
A cosy studio, in a greek traditional "Vacation house". Just 80 meters from the crystalclear Sithonian sea. The house is surrounded from a beutifull pinetrees forest. It's fenced, and the garden has fruittrees and beutifull flowers.
The accomodation "Cozy studio in Chalkidiki" is a self catering studio with a comfortable doublebed and a singlebed, a fully equiped kitchenette, fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettler, toaster, private bathroom with hot water all day long, dg tv, free Wi-Fi, air condition, ceilling fan, hair dryer.
It is excellent for families with children who prefer to have breakfast and lunch at home. Studio has a private veranda with a wonderfull totalgreen pineforest view.
If you have a car, free parking is available into our fenced private ground.
Property is perfectly located in a convinient quiet area. Just 200 meters from the center of the village of Metamorfosi, where you can find supermarkets, bakeries, cafe-bars, shops with greek souvenirs, and traditional restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, seafood and greek traditional dishes.
At a walking distance there is a safety playground and a Fun Park for the children. You can reach the unending sandy beach by two minutes walking, only 80 meters, and you will enjoy your swimming in the crystal clear seawater. Our beach has received the European Blue Flag trophy repeatedly during the last years.
Nearby there is a beach bar where you can enjoy your sunbath drinking icecoffee, coctails and refreshments.
Local bus stop is located 300 meters from the property and buses travel all day arround the Peninsula of Sithonia, the most green full of nature peninsula of Chalkidiki.
However, if you have a car, it would be easier for you to organise day excursions and reach over a hundred spotless amazing beaches.
Driving just some distance away, some of them offer the possibility to be absolutelly isolated.

During the cleaning procedure, we use the necessary form, gloves and mask.
For extra precautionary reasons, before and after every accommodation, the appartment stay available, for one day, for intensive cleaning. Meaning in more detail, on the first four hours the appartment stay with open windows, so the fresh air can come inside and clean the environment. Then, all the white linen and towels, will be removed and be washed in high temparature, with approved cleaning products, and be ironed thouroghly. All the surfaces and objects in the space will be cleaned with chlorium. For example, we mention some surfaces: door knobs, light switches, remote controls, fan and lighting chain, keys, hair dryers, trash bins, water sinks, cabinet handles and knobs, oven, cofffe maker, toaster, kitchen utencils, washbasins, tap handles, shower and bath tub curtains and shower, hangers and bedside tables.....
For further disinfection of fabric surfaces such as mattresses and pillows, will be cleaned with a steam machine at 90 degrees Celsius.
In the appartment you will find soap and liquid soap for hands, liquid chlorium in order you to have the possibility for extra cleaning, and soap and sponge for dishes. Alcoholic liquid solution, essentials, toilet paper, hand napkins and gloves will be provided as well.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided per 5 nights stay or on demand.
For safety reasons, please ensure all lights and air condition are switced off when leaving the apartment. Towels, linen or furniture cannot be taken out on the beach.
As we wish you to enjoy the peacefull quiet invironment, all our guests should not to be noisy and not to speak loud from 23.00 until 09.00 and during after lunch siesta from 14.30 until 17.30. We want you to have a pleasent and peacefull stay.
