Kitchen is well equipped with cottage style units with sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, a four ring electric hob and oven beneath, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.

Sitting Area with French doors leading to the garden, a wood burning stove, comfortable seating for 4, TV with Freeview and a DVD player

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes (single beds available on request). 2 skylight windows with built-in black-out blinds.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes (single beds available on request). There is also a sofa bed for an additional child. 1 skylight with a built in black-out blind.

Bathroom with bath and shower over and a fixed shower screen, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail

A small enclosed gravelled garden with garden furniture and barbeque overlooking an orchard.

Private parking in drive in front of the house with space for 2 cars

1 well behaved dog accepted. Please take own bowls & bedding and ensure pets do not go into bedrooms or on furniture. Never leave pets alone in the property. Please clear all evidence of pets from gardens etc. before leaving. The owners have 4 dachsunds and live next door, so visiting dogs must be friendly.  Please note additional pet fees of £35 per pet per week (or part of) apply.
