The property maintenance man comes only once a day to turn on the water tank pump.<br><br>The part of the property being rented is a section of the house—it consists of rooms off the main house. The bedrooms, the double bathroom, and the kitchen are separate from the main house; this section was built after the main house was completed, but it has access to the entire garden, the pool, and a patio with tables and chairs. <br>The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are not luxurious, as you can see in the photos. If you’re looking for a place to spend most of your day in the garden and by the pool, this is the right place for you. The pool at this house is hard to find anywhere else—it’s an ideal spot to disconnect from your daily routine.<br><br>It’s located within the “Colonos de Ticumán” gated community. It has 24-hour security, access to the community is restricted, and there’s a mini-market near the house.<br> 45 minutes from Cuernavaca; 12 minutes from the “Las Estacas” spa; 30 minutes from the “El Rollo” water park.<br><br>The area has a clubhouse featuring tennis courts, a football field, a basketball court, a playground, and green spaces, located 8 blocks from the house.<br><br>Note: <br>1.
