About Steven Compton
I was born in Southsea, but moved away very young. I bought this property in 2009 as a business move, but loved the property so much i decided to keep it. I now live with my partner locally and we frequently stay in the maisonette at weekends so we can go out and enjoy what Southsea has to offer.

Why Steven Compton chose Southsea
The property was built circa 1851. The maisonette was setup as the local ballet school of dancing from 1951 to 2009. We purchased the property and converted it back into the maisonette. Fortunately, all the original features such as window shutters, doors, and high skirting boards were still present. So we sympathetically refurbished the property into a luxury 3 double bedroom apartment with side garden and private parking.
