Casa Gaudir - L'Estartit, Torre Vella

This well maintained semi-detached house is situated in a quiet urbanisation about 4 km. from the coastal town of L'Estartit.
This used to be a fishing village where you can still see the characteristics of the past. The long sandy beach with the Medes Islands, small islands in the sea, offers you the opportunity to go sailing or kayaking (especially recommended for diving enthusiasts!). The streets of L'Estartit lead you to the cosy centre with restaurants, shops and the harbour, definitely worth a visit! You can also exchange the beach for a pool, because the guests of Casa Gaudir have free access to a large communal pool, located about 200 meters away. 
 
Casa Gaudir has 2 lovely terraces, of course with a luxury barbeque!
 
Casa Gaudir has 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofa, TV, air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. Kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and a toilet. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Furthermore, one bedroom has a large terrace with a nice view. On this floor you will also find the bathroom with toilet and shower. You can park your car on the grounds of the house.
