Absolutely ideal property for visiting the area. Very spacious with superb facilities. My kids loved playing pool and darts. Spectacular sunset views over the river tay really topped off a great stay. I might need to book my next stay here before i leave this review as i dont want to risk losing availability

Beautiful views

Spacious apartment with a terrific view of the Tay River from every window. The apartment was also conveniently located for short drives to St. Andrew’s and Dundee.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is surprisingly large, and the games room made it a great place for our two teens to enjoy in the evenings. Communication with Gordon was great and he was able to answer any of my questions. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Quirky floor plan manages to provide Tay views in nearly all rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Gordon responded quickly to plumbing issue, and even bought a new iron and ironing board when we needed it! The flat is a little removed from grocery and restaurants, but the quiet was worth it!

Great stay for a golf trip

This apartment is great for any Fife or east Scotland trip with family or friends. Within close distance of St Andrews, Carnoustie and many more it is a brilliant apartment with loads to keep you busy on a rainy night. We’ve stayed there twice, and if we venture to Scotland again we would definitely stay with Gordy again.

Much larger property than we were expecting. Plenty of room for everybody. Everything we needed was there and more! The games room was brilliant, played darts and snooker. Lots of board games too. Another living room for tv watching. A bathroom for each bedroom, with lovely rain shower. Nice walks in the area along the estuary. Right on the coastal path, would have liked to do more walking but we’re up for a wedding so didn’t have time. Would like to stay again to explore further. Lovely views and quiet area. Very handy to have a food shop below! All very clean and felt like a lot of things were brand new.

View over the River Tay

We enjoyed out stay immensely although it was cut short by a day die to a family issue. The property was brilliant and was a home from home with a bit more added - pool table on site. Gordon was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be booking again and look forward to next year.

Vacation Time

Spent 6 days in Scotland- this place was a little more off the beaten path than expected. It was big, beautiful and comfortable- exceptionally large rooms and inviting. Host was easy to contact and was always willing to help if needed.

Wonderful apartment well presented for all ages . All mod cons and very clean . Plus games room was the best and unique thing about this property apart from the stunning views over the Tay .

Perfect Location

Property was better than the pictures. Games room was excellent. Only thing missing there is no mirrors in either bedroom making it very difficult to dry your hair. Small issue but overall a great property.

Brilliant apartment overlooking Tay Bridge.

Very clean and bright, large modern apartment with magnificent views of Tay bridge. We were two families with one child and we has a fantastic stay. Very comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and a great dining room. When coupled with the fact you could play any of darts, pool or table tennis, I doubt you would easily find a better apartment anywhere. Very HIGHLY recommended!

Great location for exploring Fife, Dundee and Perth

Great location with lovely views over the Tay, just 15 minute s from Dundee centre. Within easy reach of St Andrews and the Fife coast too. The flat is well equipped (although we weren't sure where the table tennis would go!). It's over the local Spar, but apart from slightly obtrusive noise from the freezers below, this was no issue.

Perfect apartment

This flat is perfect for golfers, families and anyone exploring Scotland. As a golfing four ball we found the apartment within 30 mins of all of Fifes top courses, and had great fun playing the games made available in the flat. Plus I reckon if I took the family the kids would love the pool table, darts etc. too. Location was great with lots of on road parking and the host, Gordon, was attentive helpful and polite. If we are back in the area it’ll definitely be our 1st choice

Great property!

We intended to stay for three nights while we moved our daughter into St Andrews, but because of lost luggage we extended our stay another two days. Gordon was very flexible with our change of plans and he made everything very easy. The flat itself has two large bedrooms that are on either end of the flat, separated by the living room, kitchen, and game room, so there's plenty of privacy from your traveling companions. The view of the river is nice and there are a couple of good restaurants in town. And our drive into St Andrews was only 15 - 20 minutes.

An Amazing Gem

Location was excellent. The home was huge and very clean. We loved that we could come home and play darts and pool with our daughter. Very quiet and safe area, all within easy reach of everything in Dundee. Parking was available directly in front of the property. Convenience of a SPAR grocery store right below us. Also noticed public transit/bus stop right across the road. Excellent views of Dundee. Our host Gord was top notch. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely Amazing

This apartment was nothing short of amazing. The view of the Tay river is breathtaking. The location was perfect for our vacation….20 minute drive to St Andrews Links and 10 minute drive to Dundee. Newly renovated with washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds and adult game room with pool table, dart board, and ping ping table. To top it all off, Gordon was an outstanding host. He answered all of our questions and was available for recommendations and advice about the area. I look forward to another vacation in this apartment! The experience exceed all our expectations!

Even doing the dishes with Tay-Rail-Bridge-View

This flat is situated at a very nice spot with views of the Tay Rail Bridge from nearly every window (doing the dishes with a view...). Small walks along the fife coastal trail or through the hills can be started at the front door, otherwise the distance to Leuchars (for the train) is a few miles and by car the connection to get to St Andrews is very good. The flat is very well equipped - a kitchen with any pot or pan you might wish for. Two modern, nice en-suite bathrooms. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. A living room to socialize. Perfect for little events or kids: move a bed or two, lift a board or two and the table will be a pool billard, one bedroom a table tennis court. A proper dartboard, two TVs for rainy evenings after the great outdoors. Very conveniently situated above the Spar-Store the necessary things can be easily aquired - and for the bigger shopping Dundee is just across the Tay. Anything missing? Gordon answers within very little time. We were really happy to stay!
