Leiligheten ligger i landsbyen LaTania. Den store 750 kvadratmeter (70 kvm) leilighet, i tredje etasje, har panoramautsikt over landsbyen, pister og dal fra den romslige stue / spisestue. Ski inn / ut til og Folyeres piste. Utmerkede, grønne, røde og blå løp tar deg tilbake til LaTania, og det er en veldig god barnehage og gode skiskoler. Gratis Wi-Fi og flatskjerm-TV, blu ray DVD-spiller i leiligheten. Soveplass til 8 med gulvvarme, to soverom med enkeltsenger, stor stue / spisestue med 3 sovesofaer og stort mezzaninområde med enkeltseng, privat badstue i leiligheten, to bad med badekar, dusj og vaskemaskin, kjøkken (oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, komfyr og mikrobølgeovn), to balkonger (8 kvm), reservert underjordisk parkeringsplass, ekstra reservert plass i åpen parkeringsplass og hul i kjelleren.
Rengjøring er inkludert det er en 10 euro kostnad for håndklær og sengetøy per person.
LATANIA er i sentrum av de "tre dalene" med lett tilgang til alle 600 km med løyper som dekker La Tania, Courchevele, Meribel, Val Thorens opp til Pionte De La Masse på 2804m.
Om vinteren er det mange skiskoler og løyper for alle ferdighetsnivåer. Samt slalåm er det langrenn med 130 km er tilgjengelig.
La Tania Anlegget er god valuta for pengene med mange restauranter, noen puber og supermarked. The Pub Ski Lodge ligger bare 100 meter unna med god mat og underholdning hver kveld. Temakvelder på pub og dans er en flott måte å slappe av etter en god dag på ski. Det er mange forskjellige spisesteder men LATANIA opprettholder en "landsby" atmosfære. Det er flere ski butikker for å leie skiutstyr som kan bestilles på linje før du ankommer. Det er også en gratis skibuss til å koble de største alpinanlegg i området.
Det er nok av aktivitet i LATANIA i sommer med svømmebasseng, basket ball, volleyball, tennisbane, bordtennis og boccia i bygda. Det er mange andre aktiviteter for eksempel terrengsykkel ridning, turgåing, klatring, rafting bueskyting og ridning lokalt.
Det er en utmerket turistkontoret i La Tania som vil gi faglig støtte under oppholdet. Komme til feriestedet er ikke vanskelig med Chamberey (1. 5 timer) og Geneve (2 timer) Flyplasser som gir rask tilgang. For grupper på 4 eller mer en rimelig taxi pickup tjenesten er tilgjengelig fra LATANIA.

Great location and value

Joe’s apartment is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. Considering prices in the area, it's great value for what you pay. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable. The kitchen is quite small and doesn't have an oven, but for it's size it's really well equipped. A great stay overall!

Fantastic holiday rental

This property is fantastic. It’s spacious, warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views are outstanding from all of the windows in the property. The apartment was super clean and communication with the host was first class. The sauna was a real treat at the end of a long day of skiing. Can not recommend this property enough.

Nice very large appartment

We had an excellent communication with Joe and we enjoyed our stay in his very large appartment, the sauna was also very welcome, it was also very nice that the telecabine were free of charge, the only disappointment was the swimming pool in the village due to Covid 19 only open in the afternoon with two time slots..further we recommend this appartment with excellent view of the mountains

Great holiday in La Tania

The apartment was spacious and well located, with ski in ski out.. the communication we had from Joe was brilliant before, during and after our stay. We did have a small issue with one of the beds but that was fixed straight away. The check in process was easy. The view down to the village was great and we had the added bonus of a fantastic firework display in the village, which we were able to watch from the apartment balcony. A great holiday and can’t wait to go back.

Half Term Ski Trip to La Tania

We have just returned from a fantastic week skiing in The Three Valleys. We stayed from 15/2 to 22/2 and were very lucky to have great weather and snow conditions. The duplex apartment is very spacious. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and were spoilt with the amount of space we had. It has two bathrooms, one with a sauna and one with a washing machine, which came in very useful, The kitchen is quite small but well equipped. Having UK TV channels was a bonus, although we didn't watch it very much. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our messages and we would happily return. La Tania is a great little resort, with quick access to Meribel and beyond. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Home from home but with a mountain view!

Another comfortable stay at the apartment which has the most amazing 300 degree unhindered views of the mountains and valley, we can't stop looking at them! Joe is a most helpful and considerate owner and we're pleased to say we have booked for 2018. Counting the days already, thankyou Joe! 🎿

Très bel appartement à 5 mn des pistes.

Très bel appartement calme et lumineux offrant une vue à 300 dégrés. Accès wifi, télévision, sauna sont corrects. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie qui est moyenne et le lave-vaisselle qui ne lave bien que si la vaisselle est propre. L'accès aux pistes se fait en 5 minutes. Le domaine skiable des 3 vallées est immense. Le propriétaire est attentionné et pas avare en communication. Je recommende !

Lovely apartment in perfect location

We stayed in this apartment last year, and were so impressed with it that we went back again this year. It had everything we wanted, (including wi fi and its own sauna), nicely situated in a ski out - ski in location. La Tania is a lovely little village, much nicer than Courcheval and Meribel, with lifts taking you right into the Three Valleys ski area, one of the largest ski areas in Europe. The owner is very helpful (last year we asked for a new oven to be fitted, and he did it straightaway). We could find no negative aspects at all.

Ski in and out appartment well placed for the slopes. The La Tania station that has been revamped in recent years. Go there soon before the prices rise to Courchevel levels.

A very roomy and well lit property in a great location.

A very roomy and well lit property in a great location. With the two bathrooms a distinct benefit for our family. The Sauna was a great boon and very popular with the family after a hard day on the slopes. Access to the slopes is very simple for ski in and out and the village facilities are a stones throw away. The views from the two balconies are stunning both in the day and at night time. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to self cater with the ability to generate some lovely meals in the evenings. The underground car parking saved us a lot of effort as about half a metre of snow fell during our stay so no digging out etc. The local roads around the property were also well serviced for snow clearing and rubbish collection. Overall I would recommend the property as a great base for a holiday in the three valleys in general and La Tania in particular.

Tutto OK solo qualche piccola mancanza nell'appartamento

Qualche piccolo difetto da segnalare: - La porta della sauna non si chiude bene - Il letto al primo piano fuori dalla stanza è poco stabile e scomodo - Se si va in 8 persone manca una sedia e la panca è stretta per 4 persone - il cavatappi non funzionava, ce ne siamo comprati uno - manca un mestolo in cucina Per il resto tutto OK: l'appartamento è luminoso, comodo per le piste e una volta arrivati non si deve più usare l'auto. La persona di riferimento è molto gentile e disponibile.

Grand appart, très agréable

On a apprécié: la place, le sauna, l'emplacement, les 2 salles de bain. Moins apprécié : la toute petite cuisine, le manque de rangement, l'absence de lit 2 places (que des lits 1 places qui même côté à côte restent très inconfortables pour un couple)

A wonderful holiday in the mountains

There were six of us (3 adults and 3 girls of different ages). We spent wonderful 10 days in La Tania. The apartment is exellent. So much light and wonderful views from the windows. We had everything we needed and the sauna was very good to have a rest after the day of skiing. Location is very good, close to the supermarket and restaurants. Just an advice - it is better to book restaurants beforehand as they are often fully booked in the evenings. The owner was always very helpful. Thank you.

Another great stay!

This was our third stay in a row at this great apartment. The location, spaciousness, cleanliness and views are wonderful. Joe, the owner, is wonderful to book with, nothing too much trouble. The slopes are a few metres walk away in April, so I imagine there's no need to do any walking in the height of the season. Already booked for next year! Can't wait.

Excellent apartment, would stay there again

Six of us spent a week in this nice apartment in the lovely village of La Tania. The apartment had everything we wanted, including an oven and dishwasher. It even has a sauna, perfect after a day's skiing. We could ski to the door of the apartment block. Very good value for money. The English owner is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Just perfect

A wonderful week spent at no 38! The apartment has everything you could wish for, the free WIFI is great for teenagers who just need to connect! The location, just a minute from the piste, is ideal- skis on and ski down to the lift in the village. One hop up and you're at the start of the 3 valleys adventure. We were all really comfortable in the apartment and satellite TV meant we could catch BBC breakfast before a day on the slopes. Thankyou Joe once again!

Great to be back!

Thankyou Joe, another fabulous week at the apartment with all the home comforts you could wish for. A great week spent as a family with teenagers back from university. The wifi and British tv much appreciated.. Nice to catch BBC breakfast before a day on the slopes!

Good apartment, but description a bit misleadin

A nice apartment, with excellent ski in/ski out. Just one thing really ought to be made clearer. This is described as a three bedroom apartment. It is not, it is a two bedroom apartment. The other beds are in open spaces. Anyone expecting three actual bedrooms will be a little disappointed. Apart from that - very nice!

A great Summer holiday for an active family!

A great Summer holiday location for an active family. So much to do locally. This isn't a location for anyone with a fear of heights or a problem with walking. The flat is really large and easily fitted our family of 5. Three teenagers had plenty of space to 'chill'. The sauna was such a lovely treat at the end of a days walking. Lucky we all had hoodies as the morning and evenings were cold even in August but equally the sun mid-day was very hot! Lots of factor 50 used!! Totally amazing to swim in an outside swimming pool with a snow capped mountain in front of you...wow!!

Very spacious French ski apartment

A very roomy apartment which comfortably slept 5 adults in 3 separate areas, and you could have had another 3 comfortably in the living area downstairs too. The beds were all very comfy and the rooms spacious; just a pity there were no chest of drawers, only wardrobes with a couple of high shelves for clothes. It was lovely and clean on arrival and sheets and towels are provided at a small extra cost from a very lovely lady. Lovely views with a couple of balconies to sit on to enjoy the afternoon sunshine after skiing. We were there at the beginning of April so we couldn't quite ski into the apartment but if you traversed along the top of the nursery slope you could get pretty close. We used the lovely sauna occasionally but the weather was so good we were mostly outside to be honest! The kitchen is small but has everything you need for cooking at home on a hob and there's a microwave but no oven - plenty good pots and pans and other utensils. Take a dishcloth and dishtowel with you, and dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid though. The local supermarket was very good with lots of fresh veg and everything you need really, and not expensive for a ski resort I thought. It's a short steep walk down the steps into the village, but I was glad not to be carrying my skis back up again at the end of the day. Quite a good choice of restaurants and a few nice shops in La Tania itself and you could get the bus to Courchevel if you wanted (although that's a lot more expensive). WE ate in La Ferme de La Tania which was nice although quite pricey and I noticed the next day that the restaurant behind the main 'street' was a lot cheaper. Being up the hill a bit was away from the sounds of the local pub so it was a very quiet locality and you could have entertainment if you wanted to walk down the hill for it. The ski area is great - never seen so many young kids on the slopes of the area! One of our group was a beginner and had good lessons in La Tania although the slopes weren't as good for beginners as they are up in Courchevel. Dealing with the owner was really excellent - he couldn't have been more helpful. He helped us to get a private transfer which was very efficient and answered all our questions before the trip so very easy to deal with indeed. I would gladly go back to this apartment and deal with Joe again - and can highly recommend it.

fantastic views, perfect location.

This apartment had fantastic views and was the perfect location. Ski in and out onto an easy green run for beginners. It was very comfortable and great value for money. Great time had by all.

I am a retired company director , married to Mary, we have 3 boys one married to Sarah with a son George and daughter Isla. Also our son Stephen married to Jo with daughter Holly. James a doctor living in Sheffield with Grace. I started skiing about 15 years ago and found the 3 valleys an excellent place for people of all skiing abilities.

Hvorfor verten valgte dette overnattingsstedet

LaSaboia is an excellent location with warm , well situated apartments where you can ski in and out right onto the piste and down to the lift . Our apartment is the largest in the block with beautiful views down to the village, over the pistes and across to the valley with many large windows in the lounge/ dining area giving a light and open feeling. The sauna is great after a hard days skiing and two bath/ shower rooms helps to avoid queues. The apartment is only 100 meters from the main area of LaTania
