One bedroomed cottage (four poster bed), with a fully functional kitchenette with an induction one plate stove, pots and pans, coffee machine with a coffee station. Microwave together with a bar fridge.
It is a compact space which you can use to work from home as we have uncapped fibre internet. It has a sitting area outside and has its own little garden in front of it.
Close to amenities, major routes and on close proximity to the Durbanville wine route. 20 kms away from the CBD and about 20 kms away from Stellenbosch.
Sonstraal Dan a stroll away and can be used for picnics and to watch the bird life. Wake up to the song of birds!

The property is extra space that gets used by family when they visit together with a wing that caters for my parents attached to the house that my parents use.
I wanted to share it with others as it is in the middle of the city but you would swear that it is rural if I blindfolded you. It is a very quiet part of the suburb where you get woken by the sound of birds every day.
You get to see squirrels and if an occasional sighting of a mole.
