127 da Gama Road, Beach Front House

The first time we walked up the stairs and saw Jeffrey's Bay stretching in front of us, our hearts sang. After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. The whole house has been thoughtfully furnished with pieces ranging from modern design classics through to a Viennese baby grand.
The space
The location of 127 da Gama is simply perfect. On one side you have beach access to the amazing Indian Ocean, whilst on the other side you have bars, cafes, restaurants, bottle shops and super markets within a two minute walk. Then you have the house. Its perhaps not everybody's taste, but if you like modern, airy and open plan, then you will love it. The upstairs room is the perfect room for chilling with your friends and family. Whilst the children kick back on the sofas and watch something off Neflix, you can chill on the kitchen island, glass of wine in hand, whilst your better half knocks up some delicacy in the kitchen. Conversely you can just relax on the deck, book in one hand, beer in the other. Unfortunately over the Xmas and New Year period we can only take bookings of at least a week.
Guest access
Guests can use all the house and the gardens. The only place out of bounds is the security guards out-building and the garage.
