Chamberí is a lovely residential area near the city center. The area is upscale, with lovely parks and playgrounds in addition to stately housing blocks. The area is popular with newcomers to the city, thanks to its convenience and architectural flair. Cafes and restaurants can be found throughout the neighborhood, and the Almagro district is especially popular for clubbing. The Sorolla Museum, an art gallery set within a restored mansion, is located in Chamberí, along with the Andén 0 Estación Museo, a "ghost" subway station that is now open to visitors. Another neighborhood attraction is Santander Park, a huge public park where you can jog, picnic, or play sports on the weekends.
Almagro is an elegant neighborhood known for its grand architecture, art galleries like the Museo Sorella, and foreign embassies. The varied culinary scene includes upscale Italian and Japanese restaurants alongside more traditional Spanish fare, and bars and cafes surround the Plaza de Chamberí.

A security deposit of €2770 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
All our rentals in Spain include a 1 (one) hour weekly cleaning service.
This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.
