This lovely one-bedroom apartment is cozy, well-decorated and located in one of the most well-known neighborhoods of Lisbon! It is located next to a lovely park with kiosks that stay open until 1 am. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable, full of shops and some of Lisbon's hottest restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Rato Metro stop is also just a short walk away.

Near Principe Real Park

Apartment needs attention. Very moist inside. Lights in the living room didn’t work. The roof over the stove leaked. Would be nice if there were more than one dish towel and an extra blanket or 2. Neighborhood was nice right across from the park. Many nice cafes and restaurants.

Très déçu par le rapport qualité prix de cette appartement L’environnement pour y accéder est très sale car surplombant une place et détritus jeter dans le chemin d’accès Literie moyenne L’escalier pour accéder au 2ie niveau est très étroit et pas adapter à toute les corpulences ainsi que la salle de bain et la douche minuscule Le pommeau de douche fuyait Pour dîner sur la terrasse très petite il n’y avait pas d’ampoule dans le spot extérieur. Le store de cette porte d’accès extérieur était cassé donc obligé de l’enrouler à la main. Je retiens justel’originalite de cette appartement et son emplacement. Je n’y ret

Eine schöne Wohnung in nettem Umfeld, wenn sie besser gepflegt wäre.

Gute Einrichtung, aber WLAN funktionierte nicht, Schimmelflecken in den Ecken, muffige Schränke , defekt es Rollo , kaputte Pfanne und Wasserkocher, angeknackte Teller, verrottete Gartenmöbel, Eingang verdreckt. Antwort von LovelyStay: Problem nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes lösbar.

Dirty and Needs Maintenance

This property really needs maintenance - the listing is not accurate to what it actually looks like. The floors were dirty when we got there, towels and linens had stains on them, the bathroom was perpetually wet and since it's below ground and next to a public bathroom, it smelled like one all the time. The spiral staircase is not securely bolted into the wall! And you need to be able to get up and down the stairs to use the bathroom. The AC is "under maintenance" but I get the feeling it has been out of order for a while. One of the shades is broken so it was blocking one of the doors to get outside, and once you are outside, the patio is dirty and one of the chairs is broken. The list goes on! The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and the hosts were communicative enough, but that's basically where the positives end. I would never recommend this place, it's not worth what they're charging per night in its current state.
