We are sorry if the cleanliness did not meet your standards in all aspects. This is done by a team of professionals, who thoroughly clean the property upon departure and arrival of new guests. The property is also ventilated upon arrival and departure of guests, however, you can always contact the host who can send the cleaning staff to do a review if necessary.We are sorry if the noises coming from outside caused you discomfort, unfortunately this is beyond our control. This apartment is located in the Bairro Alto, in the center of Lisbon As this is a self-catering vacation rental, the property provides the basic elements and utensils for the installation of the guests, the same as those listed in the ad. However, if you are missing anything, you can always contact the hostess, who will be happy to provide you with what you need to the best of her ability. In any case, shower gel and shampoo are not provided to guests. We take your comments very seriously, and have made sure to pass them on to the host for improvement. Het is inderdaad een heerlijke buurt met een geweldige sfeer! Onze excuses voor de onaangename geur en de problemen met het bed en de douche.
