The first bedroom is equipped with a high-quality double bed, name brand linens and soft natural lighting. The windows are big and provide the room with stunning natural light that will ensure the day starts the right way. The second bedroom and third bedroom are equipped with 1 single bed, ideal for kids or friends. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has 1 full bathroom. The bathroom has all the necessities you need from towels to toiletries. The modern bathroom sink sits under a wall-mounted mirror, the bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy one or to unwind from one.

The kitchen is fully equipped, in which you could cook tasty dishes and enjoy them together with your family or friends in the dining area.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
