Size: Sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms Beds: 1x King (5'), 2x Double (4'6"), 2x Single (3') Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, kitchen/dining room, living room Utilities: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave Entertainment: TV with DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, TV in Master bedroom, TV in both of the Double Bedrooms For Families: Travel cot, Highchair and Stair Gates provided. Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot. Parking permit provided. General: WiFi Provided. Central Heating and Electricity included in rent. Lovely location but a little tired

This cottage is in a lovely location in Dartmouth and has quite a lot of space. However, the furnishings are a little tired and there was no communication from the manager about key things like what to do with rubbish, which meant that we had to clean up after seagulls looting through rubbish on a daily basis. Comfortable beds and sofa, though one end of the sofa is very noisy! Also no heating and it was not warm in later June/early July.
