The generous private enclosed garden of Chichester Park is located at the rear of the property giving you a sun-trap haven with outside shower and hanging rail for wetsuits. There is access to the garden via the path from the front of the house or via the door from the second lounge area. The garden path also creates easy access to the rear door of the house if you are pushing a pram or pushchair.

Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, continue for approx. 5 miles to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Upon reaching Woolacombe, the fields come to an end on your left hand side, take the first turning on the right, into Springfield Road (just before Woolacombe Church and Medical Centre). Follow this road round to the right, then as the road bears round to the left, take the right turning. Number 21 is at the end of this cul-de-sac.
