Simple house divided into 3 independent apartments situated a couple of meters away from the beautiful and quiet beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. This apartment is on the first floor with a maximum capacity of 8 people.



There is a large terrace where you will be able to enjoy outdoor breakfasts and meals.This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!



Living room with tv, fireplace, two single beds and direct access to the terrace.



Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, gas hob, oven, washing machine (located on the lower floor)and dishwasher.



It consists of 1 double bedroom (135x190cm bed), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.



Outdoor shower and toilet.



Free Wifi.



Pets accepted only by prior request and with a supplement.



Apartment for families only, reservations of young people under 35 years of age not accepted.

Die Fotos stammen aus den 90ern. Die Wohnung sieht schon lange nicht mehr so frisch und einladend aus. Keine bequemen Möbeln, keine schönen Textilien. Sauber war sie auch nicht. Überall Haare, auch im Kühlschrank. Die Duschkabine ist nicht dicht. Es gibt auch keine Waschmaschine, also beim 14-tägigen Urlaub mit 7 Personen mussten wir mehrmals im Waschsalon waschen. Der Ort an sich ist sehr gemütlich und die Entfernung zum Strand ist kurz. Aber der Gesamteindruck vom Urlaub wurde durch das Appartment betrübt.

Séjour satisfaisant

Joli petit port et petites plages de Llafranc sympas. Palafrugell propose tous les services, le personnel de l'office du tourisme est très accueillant. En ce qui concerne la location, cet appartement vendait du rêve en photos. Nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée. Certains mobiliers mériteraient d'être remplacés surtout celui des extérieurs et le matériel de cuisine est insuffisant (pas d'économe, pas de bol, pas d'allume gaz, pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour 8 personnes, pas de cafetière normale, frigo à remplacer, pas de casserole ni de poêle avec manches ou poignées sécurisées) et problème de fuite d'eau de la douche + chasse d'eau.

Super sejour!

Emplacement parfait, à 5 min à pied de la plage mais au calme. Superbe terrasse, très belle vue. Chambres très spacieuses.
