This apartment is a couple of minutes walk away from the calm, beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava! It is situated within close proximity of restaurants, cafes and shops. The property is ideal for relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava!



House divided into 3 apartments with a share of the swimming pool. This flat is on the ground floor, with no lift. Maximum capacity of 6 people. Situated in a quiet neighborhood 300m from the beach. There is access to a relaxing terrace with table and chairs where you can have breakfast in the sun.



Living room with tv, fireplace and direct access to the terrace.



Fully renovated and equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, oven dishes, fridge, oven and microwave.



It has 3 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 185cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x180cm + 80x190cm) and another bedroom with 2 beds (80x 90cm + 90x190cm). There are also 1 bedroom with bath and 1 bedroom with shower.



Pets are no allowed . Youth groups accepted.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.





- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival



- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair

Good location, but apartment very outdated and neglected

The location. But the apartment had quite a few issues. It was very noisy and outdated, the garden table sagged, there weren't enough chairs, the washing machine didn't spin, and the shower head was broken. The refrigerator leaked water, the shower didn't close properly, and there was a lot of water everywhere. The clothes rack was broken, and a large parasol was missing.

Mitigés

Prix élevé pour cet partement situé au rez de chaussé d'in petit immeuble. Dommage que pour ce tarif il n'y a que très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine,pas de torchons, pas de grande poêle, pas de planche à découper, pas de machine à café pour capsule. Pas de tapis de bain non plus dans les salles de bains qui sont très vieillissantes, la table en plastic à l'extérieur est bonne à changer car totalement déformée et concave; l'accès à l'immeuble est situé dans un passage en terre en pente et se fait uniquement à pied donc c'est compliqué pour décharger et charger les bagages dans le véhicule. la piscine est ensoleillée 2 heures maximum par jour.
