Laura Lye Holiday Lets are delighted to offer Cookes Lodge: a newly converted timber clad house which combines comfort with effortless style. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room area and 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There is private parking for 3 cars and a spacious outdoor dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and family cooking equipment and utensils. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. The living room area has 2 large sofas and 2 chairs set around a cosy woodburner. Bifold doors open from the living area onto a pretty courtyard space with BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs and is a wonderful addition to the Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages.

There are 3 beautiful bedrooms: bedroom 1 and 2 have superking size beds, bedroom 3 has a full size single bunk bed. There 3 bathrooms (2 shower rooms and one family bathroom) and a cloakroom. The utility room has a washer/dryer.

Guests can walk right from Cookes Lodge up into the vine growing region of Bignor and beyond: there are miles and miles of interesting and beautiful walks which take you through wooded areas and open countryside with incredible views right down to the coast.

West Burton is very popular with guests staying over Goodwood racing events as the village is just over 15 minutes’ drive from the course. There are many beautiful National Trust houses and gardens in the area and other places of cultural interest such as Bignor Roman Villa, Petworth House and Arundel Castle and Cathedral.

Fabulous outdoor family days out are just on the doorstep: a visit to Amberley Working Museum or The Weald & Downland Museum or maybe to experience all the fun of the multi activity centre Out of Bounds or the beaches of Littlehampton, Clymping, Middleton and West Beach.
