Guests also benefit from access to a shared swimming pool of 400 square metres with a depth ranging from 45 to 135 centimetres, open from 30 May to 21 September. A tennis court is available for shared use, alongside basketball, boccia, and beach volleyball facilities. The property is equipped with an EV charging station conveniently located on the premises, and internet Wi-Fi access is available within the complex, ensuring connectivity throughout your stay. The living and dining area forms the heart of the property, featuring a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, which provides flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The villa comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed composed of 2 individual mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. Each of the 2 bathrooms is fitted with a shower and WC and is directly accessible from its respective bedroom. Both bedrooms also offer their own private exit to the terrace, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space includes a terrace of 35 m2 as well as a roofed terrace of an additional 35 m2, both equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs for your relaxation.
