Great apartment

Well not in the tourist area, that meant there were a number of great local restaurants close by. Apartment was well laid out. Easy access to the tram and train station.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zweifellos gut: Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar – zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bistros und Pâtisserien liegen in direkter Umgebung. Das Gebäude ist modern, Tiefgarage und Aufzug sind klare Pluspunkte. Flure, Aufzug, Garagenbereiche und Müllraum wirken gepflegt. Im Haus herrscht angenehme Ruhe, Umgebungsgeräusche dringen kaum ins Apartment. Dieses ist gut geschnitten, bietet zwei Personen ausreichend Platz und ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgestattet.Allerdings: Der Zustand der Einrichtung ist teils inakzeptabel.- defekter Duschkopf und Halterung- zwei stark verschmutzte Toilettenbürsten mit Kotresten- defektes Licht über dem Spiegel- lockere Handtuchhalterung- beschädigte Kommode (Schubladen nicht nutzbar)- nur eine funktionierende Nachtlampe- verfettete Abzugshaube und darüber liegende Schränke- schiefe bzw. beschädigte Bilderrahmen und Regale- verschmutzte Polster (v. a. Die der gelben Sessel)- EXTREM schmutziger Boden (sichtbare Spuren AN DEN Füßen nach wenigen Minuten)Hinzu kommt erheblicher Verkehrslärm: Gespräche auf dem Balkon sind kaum möglich, Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ausgeschlossen. Ein ehrlicher Hinweis darauf wäre zwingend nötig gewesen.Das Schlüsselmanagement ist unzumutbar: Keysafe ohne Parkmöglichkeit und große Distanz zur Wohnung – insbesondere bei Rückgabe – sind nicht akzeptabel.

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay at this apartment was so nice! The tram station and grocery store is a short walk away, so getting what you need and getting to the inner city was a breeze! The apartment was beautiful, well thought through and had absolutely everything you needed. The key pick up was a bit of an inconvenience but it worked well nonetheless. And if you need to go somewhere in the city that’s inconvenient with the tram/by foot, taking an Uber was a breeze and costs around €11 My boyfriend and I would definetly recommend!
