Located same 8 km from Trogir, villa Seaside Paradise Art is located on the island of Ciovo and is connected by a bridge.
The house has 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on top of which 3 have Adriatic sea views.
The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen and work desk and game console.
On the ground floor, there is big private pool with sunbeds and a lounge area with a dining table and outdoor barbecue.
Private parking area is free.
Distance from the sea is 10 m.
WIFI is free.
Villa with a total living area of 300m2 is located on a plot of 592 m2, first row to the sea. It spreads over two floors. The ground floor has an open space with two kitchens, dining room and spacious living room.
On the second floor there are rooms and bathrooms with access to terraces overlooking the sea.
If you want to enjoy local specialties, on request we can organize professional catering in The Seaside Villa Art.
We offer private excursions and panoramic cruises with our skipper, including fuel costs and tickets to the national park. We have already made routes for boat trips to the most beautiful destinations in the Split archipelago, but you can request an offer for any other destination. In this way, we give you complete freedom to adapt the existing itinerary to your needs.
