Nice location and lovely house

The location is really nice, near the beach very central. Also the house is very beautiful everything worked without any problem everything was very clean when we arrived aswell. Would really recommend it👍

The villa was stunning and so well equipped! Our group have been to quite a few accommodations now and we all agreed that yours was the best. Especially when it comes to detail such as welcome, cooking essentials, and eco toiletries. Also the touch on having all the necessary different towels, Tupperware, cling film and parchment paper was so helpful. It was all simply fabulous. You’ve done an amazing work on the property and I hope you’ll get many more happy and appreciative guests. Fantastic Accommodation, Highly recommended to stay here.

This villa is the perfect place for a group of friends looking for a spacious and clean space with a backyard that includes a pool, lounge chairs, a large hangout patio with a BBQ, beach towels, and even sunscreen/aloe protection for the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and the fridge comes stocked with juices, milk, cold cuts, and snacks. The living room is spacious and includes a comfortable couch, large dinner table, and a smart TV. The bedrooms are all very clean and well equipped with clean sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and storage closets. The bathrooms are all very clean with enough hot water for 6 people to enjoy long showers. The property has fast Wi-Fi and a large smart TV with Miracasting and chrome casting. One recommendation is to install a sound system for better audio fidelity. The pool is a bit chilly but great for morning swims. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking and is 10-15 minutes away from the beach by foot. The number 25 bus is conveniently located nearby and takes you into the old city center. Almudena, the host, is lovely and gracious, making herself easily available through WhatsApp to answer any inquiries you may have. Quiet time is required after the pool lights shut off at midnight due to close neighbors. Overall, this property is flawless and highly recommended.

Wir hatten wirklich einen perfekten Aufenthalt hier! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und dazu war noch der Kühlschrank gefüllt, man hat total seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 15 Minuten zur Schinkenstraße gelaufen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, auch für das Vertrauen in uns als zehnköpfige Gruppe.

Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, immer erreichbar, schnelle Antwort. Die Unterkunft war sauber, der Kühlschrank schon voll!😀 Betten bequem, 3 Zimmer inklusive Duschbäder! Ein Traum! Alles sehr geräumig. Supermarkt und Arenal sehr gut und schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Werden wir sicher wieder buchen!

Die Finca liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend mit perfekter Anbindung, aber trotzdem viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Alles ist super organisiert, sowohl was die Instandhaltung als auch die Verwaltung angeht. Moderne Ausstattung und eine durchdachte Raumaufteilung .

Super schöne Villa, gute Lage, super sauber

Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Der Kontakt (auf Englisch) war super freundlich, reibungslos und unkompliziert. Telefonieren oder Textnachrichten über WhatsApp waren beides problemlos möglich. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frisch gefüllter Kühlschrank, ein sauberes Haus, sowie Garten und Pool in einwandfreiem Zustand. Alle Möbel waren neuwertig und super Zustand. Danke für die schönen Tage!

Eine fantastische Villa

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus ( eher Villa). Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Klimaanlagen, Elektrogeräte, Markise.... Der Pool und die Liegen wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Vermieter waren toll. Für den Start wurde sogar einiges eingekauft. Kommunikation auf Englisch war jederzeit möglich. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne Finca

Wir waren mit 12 Leuten 4 Tage dort. Durch das schöne Haus, die nette Vermieterin und ihre im Vorfeld perfekte Vorbereitung hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Dadurch, dass schon sehr viel vorhanden war (Handtücher, Shampoo, Wasser, voller Kühlschrank) muss wir uns wenig kümmern.

Perfektes Haus, absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten, 5 Tage in dem sehr schönes Haus. ( Perfekt Lage ) Die Kommunikation lief vorher und auch vor Ort einwandfrei. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Eine Grundausstattung an Wasser, Brot usw. war bereits vorhanden. Obwohl das Haus nicht weit weg von der Partymeile ist, liegt es trotzdem in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin hatte sich um alles gekümmert, so dass wir gleich in den Urlaub starten konnten. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht weit weg vom Strand, Busverkehr, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in der näheren Umgebung. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen. Wir kommen sicher zurück.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit 12 Personen 4 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es gab ausschließlich zweier Zimmer und reichlich Badezimmer. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Eine Grundausstattung wie Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser.. war alles vorhanden. Auch um Handtücher, Poolhandtücher und Strandtücher brauchten wir uns nicht zu kümmern. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt ohne etwas zu bemängeln.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Tolle Eigentümer, sehr schönes sauberes Haus und perfekte Lage (Strandnah und nah am Ballermann). Es war alles vorhanden und es gab sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk. Die Eigentümer waren immer erreichbar und das Haus sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Gern würden wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!
