This 18th-century holiday home in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina offers stunning views across Tiber valley. The home features 2 bedrooms and a shared swimming pool so that you can enjoy swimming a few laps. It is perfect for a family or group of 4 coming on vacation.

The tennis court is 2 km away and you can ace up your game on vacations if you wish to. Daily essentials can be bought 3 km away. You can go for walks, cycle rides, and even go horse riding if you are feeling sporty.

The holiday home has paid heating for comfort in winter. The furnished garden outside has a shared barbecue to enjoy cooking grilled meals and play equipment for the kids to play. Table tennis table and table football are available for your recreation indoors. A shared washing machine is provided for your convenience. There is a balcony for enjoying the views. You can bring 1 of your pet with you for a small fee here.

Note: Any check-in taking place late (after 10 pm), there should be an extra charge. Regarding the restaurant, a reservation is necessary for us (usually by 12 pm): this could also be done via email or SMS, especially on Saturdays when we have apartment turnovers.
