Renovierungsbedarf

Heisswasser erst nach Minuten. Putz fĂ€llt von den WĂ€nden. Schimmelpilz in den Fugen der Dusche. Bettzeug sehr einfach und mangelhaft. StĂ€ndiger Geruch im Waschraum . Nur 1 SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr 2 TerrassentĂŒren. Alle Fensterscheiben verdreckt. Total verdreckter Teppich vor der Couch wurde auch nie gesaugt. Nach Regen Überflutung im Gehwegbereich am Haus wegen falschem GefĂ€lle. Grill nicht brauchbar wegen Überalterung. Feuchtigkeit im ganzen Haus.
