The house's pool area includes a large swimming pool, water slide, swimming trainer, large hot tub, and sauna with room for 6 people. The swimming pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children. There is also swimming trainer, so you can improve your fitness all week long with dailyswimming sessions combined with pure relaxation in the hot tub and sauna, which located in the pool room. In the activity room, you can play billiards, table football, electronic darts, and table tennis. There are several TVs in different areas, as well as a PlayStation 4. Personally decorated with modern furnishings. The well-designed kitchen includes a large refrigerator, freezer, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers, making cooking and cleaning up a breeze. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a stereo system with radio, flat-screen TV, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The crackling fire from wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors while spending time together. The house's 10 bedrooms have good box mattresses, and there is also a large and spacious sleeping loft with 6 mattresses and an activity/play loft. There is also a cot. The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, built around two separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom connected to the pool area. In total, there are three bathrooms, all of which have underfloor heating. The house is heated by electric heating and an energy-saving heat pump. If the weather tempts you to enjoy outdoor activities, there is a huge communal playground about 100 m from the house with an adventure play and motor skills ship as well as spinning, jumping, and swinging equipment. Adjacent to this is a multi-purpose court with several activity options such as basketball, a ball wall, and a soccer field. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings. Utility bills and deposits are paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
