Here you live within perfect walking distance via the promenade to the city's range of restaurants, market trade, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are equally close to Pinneviken's beautiful bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve known for its special light which has made the area well visited by photographers. From your parking space by Strandvägen's sidewalk, take the stairs up to a large terrace area and up to the entrance. On the inside you are met by a small kitchen / kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker, a bedroom with large comfortable double bed and TV, living room with dining furniture, TV and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower. On the terrace there is summer furniture and barbecue, part of the terrace is also under a roof so there is the opportunity for both sun and shade, a wonderful place to enjoy good meals or just sit and enjoy the sun and sea views.
