Ready to rest easy? Head to one of the two well-appointed bedrooms. The first is the Primary King Suite that hosts hotel-style luxury linens, forest views, and a flat screen TV. The second is a custom bunk room, with two Twin over Twin bunk beds. You'll love this place after a day full of adventuring. Enjoy an apres cocktail on your private balcony with Continental Divide views, then walk to your favorite shops and restaurants at the Winter Park resort base area.

Additional amenities include high-speed wi-fi, private ski locker, fitness facility, shared hot tub, and a prime location within steps to the shops & dining in the Village area.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, and two Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room. Sleeps up to six guests.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

My group had a great stay at this Zephyr condo! The location was extremely convenient, you could ski right to the gondola each morning and ski home. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed our time!

Excellent rental. The entire space was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk room and all of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the common areas were great. You can’t beat the location.

Winter Park Summer Vacation

My family of 6 enjoyed the location and convenience of the activities available just a walk away. The town of Winter Park and Frase also offer stores and other activities that we took advantage of. We look forward to returning again.

Great Location

You can't beat the location. However, while it sleeps six the property is small and depending on the ages could feel crowded. For my taste there was too much furniture and the lighting is low. We had 4 people and it worked well. Easy access to the Gondola and other chair lifts and pretty much anything you would need.

Great Stay at Zephyr

We had a great time in Winter Park. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is super convenient to everything in the Winter Park Village. The unit had comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We were there with a young child so it was super easy to come back to the condo for lunch. Winter Park Lodging was delightful to work with, easy check in and check out. They were super responsive to the few needs we had during our stay. We will definitely try and stay with a Winter Park Lodging property when in Winter Park in the future.

Everything was great, no complaints other than the fact that I couldn’t ever connect to Wi-Fi. The staff was responsive, but we were never able to get the problem resolved before the end of our stay. This and streaming capabilities are pretty important these days!

Fabulous Stay in Winter Park!

The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean. Our party of five was very comfortable. It’s convenient to anything you’d want to do in the resort. We spent our days hiking, zip lining, and white water rafting. The condo does get a little warm in the afternoon...no A/C and the bedroom windows do not open. Great summer destination!

We have rented 4 different units in as many years for family ski trips at WinterPark. This unit is very well done, modern, clean, all the amenities you will need. The management company sent detailed instructions and used a fantastic app 'hospitality' too. We were able to secure and early check-in and a late check-out and they recommended a concierge grocery delivery service who had our fridge stocked shortly after we arrived. This unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. We had a wonderful week.

Perfect setup and location!

We had a great time in the condo. Honestly we had no real problems. It would have been nice to have some instructions for the tv set up, but that was our only issue. The ski lockers were a great set up and the access to the hill was excellent. The free shuttle and local bus was a great way to get around after a day of skiing. If we return to Winter Park, we would definitely stay at Zephyr again! MANAGER COMMENTS: Terrific! We can definitely make sure we have some instructions for making the TV function a bit easier. It can be a daunting task! Please let us know when your travels bring you back this way.

Convenient Family Condo

We had a great time! The location is perfect for small children- easy access to the slopes. You can only truly ski-in from Mary Jane area- which makes it tough for the beginners. However, the slopes and gondola are only a 5 minute walk away. The condo is clean and well appointed. It is right next to the elevator but not noisy at all. Ski lockers are convenient. There are many nearby restaurants, most of which have takeout which is nice during COVID. I highly recommend getting the heated parking below (separate reservation system). The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the treadmill never worked correctly in the gym (and outdoor running options are a bit slippery). Winter Park Lodging Company communicated by text and was super responsive at all times. They provided enough paper products etc in the condo that we didn't need to replenish the week we were there. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect for our family!

This place was great! We had four young adults with us.. 20 and 21. Walked to everything including the gondola, such a cute little town. We did not take the shuttles into town… Had our own vehicle and parked in the garage. Shuttle seemed a little complicated and work. We used the ski rental place next-door, which was great. Worth the extra few bucks than renting from someplace offsite. Property management company was fantastic and extremely responsive! There was only one negative… One of the elevators was out of service, which was a cluster but we managed.
