A few steps from Piazza di Spagna, in a splendid 18th century building, this beautiful apartment has a large size and consists of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds, a bright living room with exposure, two bathrooms with shower and washer / dryer, an equipped kitchen, a utility room / wardrobe and a dining room.
Within easy reach of the main attractions of the city including Fontana de Trevi, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and Pantheon this apartment is the ideal place for an unforgettable Roman holiday.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

- please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment;

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > ANY DELAY will be subject to an extra fee request (30€ for the first hour, 10€ more for each extra hour), the maximum tolerance is 10pm. The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise check-in at your desired time may not be guaranteed;

- CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format);

- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected exclusively by cash and in euros;

- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);

- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;

- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge.
For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested;

- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);

- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.
