This charming holiday home is located on the North Sea island of Fanø, close to Rindby Beach, and was thoroughly renovated in 2010. Bright and welcoming, it stands in a unique position at the top of a dune on a 1,590 m² natural plot, with access via a wooden staircase. Its elevated setting offers lovely views of the surrounding landscape and a true coastal atmosphere. Rindby Beach is one of the island’s highlights – a wide, sandy beach where cars are permitted, making it especially practical for families. The shoreline is just about 400 m from the house, so you can enjoy long beach days only a short walk away. Inside, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is designed for family gatherings and provides direct access to the enclosed wooden terrace. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and extractor hood, while the bathroom comes with a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. Outdoors, guests can enjoy several terraces, including a morning terrace to catch the sunrise and a partially covered evening terrace, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The fenced terrace provides a safe and private spot for children or pets. With its dune-top location, bright interior, and proximity to one of Denmark’s most iconic sandy beaches, this holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and seaside charm. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
