A stylish 3-bedroom property only 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. Comes with an outside courtyard and parking for ONE car. The house has a modern feel downstairs with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space and 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom includes an en-suite with a shower cubicle and there is a main bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle as well. There is also a downstairs WC. The house sits in a secure private gated close and enjoys an enviable location close to the high street. Numerous other facilities are also close by including a Waitrose supermarket two minutes' walk away, a Tesco Metro which is also a two-minute walk away. For your security the property also has a video doorbell.
The Space: We have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, however both rooms can be configured as twins or king-size beds depending on your needs. There is also a generous single bedroom with a desk and chair. The living area has a large sofa bed for flexibility.
The house has a small courtyard Garden with seating. The property enjoys the security of a gated entrance which offers both privacy and security for your stay.
Guest Access: A lockbox is provided at the property providing flexibility for guests arriving. On the day of arrival, we will provide instructions to access through the gates as well as the code for the lockbox.
The Neighborhood: The property is only a 5-minute walk from the city Centre and enjoys a fantastic location near to local supermarkets, restaurants and the cinema. Canterbury Cathedral is a 10-minute walk away and the Marlowe Theatre is a 15-minute walk from the property.
Getting Around: Canterbury East station is a 10-Minute walk and Canterbury West station is a 20-minute walk from the property.
Other Things to Note: Please note, there is only space to park ONE vehicle at the property, however if you are planning to bring more than one vehicle, please let us know as we offer parking vouchers for nearby car parks.

Almost Perfect In Every Way
The booking process was a tad confusing and the contract read like something from a yearly property rental rather than a four night mini break.
However, Vrbo bureaucratic approach was more than compensated by Rachel, the lovely, friendly and helpful manager for whom nothing was too much. A real super star.
The property's location is really splendid in the city centre within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bus station and railway stations. It is sparklingly clean with lovely furniture and fittings, great hot water, and a well-equipped kitchen. An added bonus is secure parking.
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful city and this property was the icing on the cake. A thoroughly recommended home from home.
