”Villa Su Castangiu is located within a complex of 3 residential ,two of which are intended for tourist rental, They are only 2 km far from the well-liked “Foxi Manna” beach.

The structure consists of two charming independent three-room apartments.

Apartment 1 is placed on the ground floor and consists of: a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower. The whole is completed by a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining.

Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and consists of: a large living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

To top it all off there is a large panoramic terrace that can be used for outdoor dining.

Villa “Su Castangiu” has also a large courtyard with parking spaces, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool with solarium and a 5-a-side football field.

All these services are shared with the other apartments.

The swimming pool will be open from 1/06 to 30/09

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Final cleaning fee: € 70.00 (mandatory)

Air conditioning 50€ for week

Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 15.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)

-Tourist tax 1,50€ per person per day over 10 y.o.
