To make sure everything is ready for your stay, please provide the following details as soon as possible:
• Main guest’s phone number and email address, so we can contact you with important updates before and during your stay
• Total number of guests staying at the property
• Confirmation if you are planning to bring a pet. Only one small to medium-sized, fully house-trained pet may be considered, and pets must not be left alone in the property
• Any special requests or important information we should know before your arrival

Please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival with any requests for baby cots, highchairs, or bed arrangements. Zip-and-link beds can be joined into doubles upon request, where available.

Please reply as soon as possible so we can finalise preparations for your visit.

Our local council will not collect bins if the rubbish is not separated correctly. They are very strict, so please follow the recycling instructions carefully. Small job for the guest, big headache avoided for everyone.

Short break for friends

Wasn’t impressed with having issues trying to make payment direct to letting agency wanted to pay through Vrbo, was a good bit further than stated for walking to the beach, limited cooking facility, overloaded smelly bins all on the front of property upon arrival .4 disappointed ladies .

We are very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy staying at our property. We value your feedback and aim to improve on our services. We do apologise for the overloaded bins. Unfortunately, previous guests did not follow the recycling guidance and our local council is very strict on that issue. This has been addressed immediately after your feedback. We have arranged for a private rubbish collection as we do want our guests to enjoy a pleasant view of the front garden. We had to request a direct payment from you a few days after your stay with us, as your card has been declined 4 times through Vrbo. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and dish washer. We are a bit confused with your feedback regarding the limited cooking facilities. Please feel free to let us know what was negatively impacting your cooking experience, so we could improve on that issue. The property is been advertised as 1.3 miles from the seafront. We are sorry to hear that this did not match your expectations. Once again we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. We will monitor the bin collections and aim to implement stricter recycling procedures as a part of our house rules. Kind regards, Joanna
