Welcome to our gorgeous villa in one of the best areas of Marbella!

This beautiful beachside villa is located in El Rosario: a very attractive and sought after area of Marbella. The holiday home is only a 5 minute walk to the some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol - conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of beach restaurants and clubs - including Nicki Beach Club and La Cabane and close to the very popular LUUMA restaurant.. The area is quiet and friendly with wide sandy beaches, close to shops, prestigious golf courses and just 5 km to Marbella Old Town.

This newly renovated villa is built in the highest standard and combines perfectly a modern design with andalusian features. The house consists of three floors. From the hallway you enter a bright and beautifully decorated open plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that give direct access to the stunning outdoor terrace with private pool and jacuzzi. Outside, you will also find a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen; ideal for entertainment and dining under the stars, while the partially covered terrace and lounge seating provide a cozy atmosphere. From the kitchen and barbecue area you can access the laundry room, where you will find extra refrigerators, freezers, ice machine and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the entrance hall a staircase will lead you to the top floor bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the outdoor areas.

There are bedrooms on the ground floor and all with double beds and private bathroom. The premises are fenced and equipped with an alarm system. A private enclosed parking space is available and connected to the inner part of the plot with space for 3 cars.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom one of which is a familiy bedroom for 4 persons.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is to be found on the top floor, with a private terrace facing the mediterranean sea and the pool area.

Total privacy and views of the Mediterranean, it is truly a peaceful holiday oasis.

LOCATION

Villa El Rosario is located right on the beach front. It is a short walk from El Rosario itself, where you will find a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. Villa El Rosario is just less than a ten minute drive to Marbella. Puerto Banus is just a 15 minute drive.

The villa’s location is close to many beach restaurant’s, beach clubs and bars. Depending on which direction you wish to choose, these can be found from walking along the beach front.

There are many beaches to choose from, these run all the way from Marbella to Estepona.

There are also several championship golf courses just over 5 minutes drive away from the villa.

Malaga airport is roughly 45 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is an hour’s drive away.
