Beautiful family villa with pool next to the sea, Opposite Nikki Beach near Don Carlos Hotel

This spacious holiday villa with sea views really does have everything you need for the perfect family holiday. The property has a private fenced pool and is also located within a high quality urbanisation right next to the beach. The urbanisation provides lovely walkways with well kept gardens to the beach and Nikki Beach Club along with water sports and rock-free sea entry. There are restaurants, bars etc all at your doorstep. The airport is 30 minutes away and this villa truly is the perfect place for a large family group to take a great holiday on the Costa del Sol. Please keep in mind that this beach house has old furniture and is quite out-dated but is perfect for families for up to ten guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the two lounges have full Sky TV package enabled for all the movies and sports channels along with several other international channels. There is also a high speed fibre optic internet access point with Wifi and a safe is available in the property. The indoor dining area provides dining for up to eight guests. Upstairs on the first floor there are three bedrooms including the master bedroom which has its own outside balcony with spectacular sea views. Upstairs to the top level, there is a further twin room with bathroom. Passing through this room you will get to a double bedroom area. Note that there is no actual door that cuts off the double bedroom area from the twin bedroom area. This would be a good place for children who like to be close to the parents. You have spectacular sea views from here as well. Going outside from the lounge you pass out onto a terraced area next to the fenced pool. Here there is a dining area for up to ten guests plus a relaxing comfortable seating area for up to eight guests with a gas powered barbeque. To the side of the house is the main garden which is mainly grass and some Mediterranean plants. There is parking for only one car in front of the house and the community swimming pool is off-limits as it´s only for the residents that own apartments.

Fantastic Family Villa

The villa is in a brilliant location, close to a beautiful beach with a relatively short walk to shops, restaurants and stores. The pool and gardens were well cared for and a great asset to the villa; the access to a communal pool was an added bonus. The air conditioning at the villa was excellent and a real necessity in the glorious weather.

Tired villa in fantastic location with terrible property manager

We stayed at Villa Carlos for 2 weeks in August 2022. A mixed experience. Firstly the good: - location. Fantastic location for access to the beach (2 mins) and Elvira area (few restaurants, supermarket). Do need a car or good taxi for access to Marbella (15 min drive). - layout. Lovely outdoor terrace and bbq area right next to the pool, with good sized garden. Kids loved it. - pool. Really nice size and temperature (not heated but gets sun most of the day). Owner should put depth on property description as not suitable if kids cannot swim. - size. Very spacious, we had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was great for all of us. - aircon. Simple to use and very effective quickly. - TV setup (essential for kids) Netflix, Prime and others work well. - internet - fast Wi-Fi throughout The bad - villa and furnishings are very tired. For the price we paid this should be a much more luxurious villa. The kitchen has miss8ng utensils (scissors anyone?), a tiny oven and generally needs a refit. - stuff. The owners stuff is everywhere - random clothes and other items in cupboards - should be cleared or locked away. Meant we couldn’t use half the cupboards. - cleanliness. Mid stay (Saturday changeover) cleaners were promised. They didn’t show until Monday. Property manager was useless in arranging or chasing up. - property manager - generally useless - top floor shower never fixed (notified on first day) and lights in two first floor bedrooms didn’t work throughout stay. Generally didn’t call back or seem to care.

Veldig bra beliggenhet

Vi var 9 personer som leide huset 1 uke i juli 2022. Huset var bedre enn vi trodde. Bassenget var ikke helt rent når vi kom, men ble ordnet etter litt purring fra oss. Dette huset kunne vi tenkt oss å leie igjen. Mange soverom med mange bad. Takk for oss!

El alojamiento es muy buenos pero no tiene un buen mantenimiento, el aire condicionado no funcionaba y tenia problemas con la luz. Podria tener mas mantenimiento en la casa, porque esta muy bien ubicada cercano a la playa.

Slightly dated property in perfect location

The good: - The villa has a great layout for a large family, with ample lounging area, spacious bedrooms (most had a little private terrace too)and more than enough bathrooms. Compact but really nice garden with a well-sized pool too. - Fantastic location, close to the beach - We had some issues with extra keys, which required some coordination with the local property manager (of the resort where the villa is located). It took a few days to sort everything out , which was annoying, but I do feel the agent did their best to follow up and work things out. The bad: - The interior of the villa is rather... eclectic. A very outdated mix of pastel colors and lots of bling / glass / gold - The general cleanliness was good, but the villa was in need of a rather thorough spring cleaning, in our opinion (cupboards, appliances, ...) - a lot of cupboards were filled with private items and supplies from the owner (I assume) which was a bit inconvenient and gave a bit of a weird vibe sometimes. It would be better to have one locked cupboard per room with their private items. - very dated kitchen, some appliances were so old the markings had faded and you had to guess which mode they were on (dishwasher) and which buttons to press. Conclusion: We had a very nice holiday due to the excellent location and the generally good layout of the villa. With a reasonable amount of refurbishment this could be a really fantastic property.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa! The location is fantastic, with an easy walking path to the beach right across from the villa. The villa itself is stunning with gorgeous views from every room! The Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach are next to the complex and Los Tony’s Chiringuito is down the road and has delicious food. There are gorgeous gardens and a beautiful community pool within the complex. We will definitely be staying here again- highly recommend!

Spacious villa. Great location near Nikki Beach

Secure, spacious villa in a beautiful setting. You can hear the sea from the garden and see it from the balconies. Nikki beach is on your doorstep and bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Villa pool is fab and garden is well maintained. You can use 2 other communial pools on the complex. We personally found the villa decor a little tired and a few things need an update. Kettle blew the electrics when used but property manager delivered a new one. Air con wasn’t working properly in master suit. All in all this villa is great for families and groups. We had a great time and really enjoyed its fab location in Elviria.
