We have considered all amenities and hopefully have provided most of the comforts of home.
The kitchen opens to the sitting room and on to the patio.
Our area has enough to offer that will make your holiday memorable. Bring a camera.
FYI. Air conditioning is not regarded as necessary here in Scotland.

The kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, a freezer, washing machine and microwave along with a table and four chairs. Shops are close by.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
The first bedroom, has a Queen size bed which can be converted into two x 2'6" twin beds for you, by arrangement.
The second bedroom contains twin beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet & sink and spa bath with shower over and hairdryer..
The second is a small en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink and a shower.cubicle.

Linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Welcome tray of Tea/Coffee, milk & biscuits.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is between 5pm - 7pm or by arrangement. Check-out 10am please.
Due to Covid-19 regulations more time is required for the cleaning protocol.
Self check-in by arrangement.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is WiFi and are on-site parking facilities at the property.
- Sorry pets are not allowed at the property.
