Our residence is located on the fourth floor of a building, equipped with a lift.

Service room which can be accessed by all guests complete with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, cups and glasses.

Possibility to park bicycles inside the building, only on specific request.

16 sqm room with private bathroom and terrace for exclusive use.

We are located in the Station area, convenient for getting to the center by public transport.

DOUBLE ROOM. 160 cm x2 m bed and desk.

BATHROOM. for exclusive use with window and shower, bidet and hairdryer.

Private 4 sqm private terrace.

OTHER SERVICES: remotely controlled A / C split, free unlimited wifi.

All guests' identity documents must be shown before arrival as required by Italian law.

Check in will take place at the CLEANBNB Office in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi 33, Scala D, 5th floor.

Also at the office we leave the possibility of luggage storage for a fee (5 euros per suitcase) from 14.00 to 24.00

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00

EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.
