To sum up how amazing and unique this property is, I told my husband, “when we’re as excited to get back to place we’re staying as we are to be exploring and experiencing the city of Edinburgh, I know we picked the right place”. This place was absolute perfection. The host was INCREDIBLE. The location was all you can ask for. I can’t wait to return. I truly was not ready to leave.

Property is perfect location in Old Town. Three nice size bedrooms with one on suite full bath and another full bath. Separate living room provided ample space.

For our family trip to the city, this large apartment had more than enough space for all of us. Located in the new part of the city, it is easy to access all the major attractions. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Edinburgh.

The property was absolutely perfect for our 8 night stay. Convenient to everything that Edinburgh has to offer. Alastair was a great host and very helpful. Would recommend this flat to anyone staying in Edinburgh on holiday.

We (myself, husband, teenage son and young daughter) were only in Edinburgh for a few days, and being in this property ensured that we were close to everything a family seeing Edinburgh for the first time would want to see. The flat itself felt like it was out of a fairytale, absolutely beautiful woodwork throughout, comfy beds and wonderful window seats (all the better for people watching from our cozy perch). While there is a lot of action down on the Royal Mile below, it felt like the ambient noise died down for the most part by 9pm-ish, so we were able to sleep without any issue, if that’s a concern for you. Would absolutely recommend if you want to be near all of the activities and sights that Edinburgh has to offer.
